The property is located on a tree lined, quiet dead end road.The property is less than 5 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants in Slingerlands. The neighboring quaint hamlet of Delmar, which is about 5 minutes away, has some great restaurants and bars. The Slingerlands trailhead to the Helderberg Hudson Rail Trail, for those who like walking or biking, is 1 mile away.
