Guest Access. The Entire house is yours to enjoy! You have access to all common areas, laundry rooms, bedrooms, basement rooms, Fenced backyard/patio.

Other Things to Note - Please remember that you will be staying in a house, not a hotel. Therefore, w ask that you treat our space with same respect you would show your own. If there are any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP!
For the safety and security of our guest and neighbors, the house is monitored 24/7 by a security system.

Pets are allowed but only Dogs ( 2 Max) 15Lb/Max/Pet. (Bigger dogs might be considered with exception. Must provide details and get prior approval)

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and Checkout by 10AM

Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors
No loud music or disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
Please tidy/clean up after yourself and put things back where it belongs
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible of any items left behind.
PARKING: Two assigned parking spots with the property. Street parking is allowed until 1am. Overnight street parking is not allowed unless with special requests.
FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 charge
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 charge
FEES: Unapproved late check out fees: Every 30 Min after 11am is an additional $75
FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guest in your reservation
FEES: Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund

Security Deposit: Deposit is not required to book the location but if there are missing items or damages to the property you will be asked to pay $150 or cost of the damage/missing items, whichever the greatest.
