This place was simply amazing!! My family and I loved the entire house. The patio was spectacular overlooking the treetops. The pool and hot tub added to the overall ambiance. I cannot say enough good things about our stay and highly recommend this. The owners were very kind and super helpful. Thanks for the perfect stay!!!

Great house with a beautiful view! The hot tub and pool were nice. We were also pleased with the comfortable furnishings. Fun weekend and great stay! Lots of good birding can be done from the back porch!

My family and I really enjoyed this house! The views were amazing as it is surrounded by beautiful trees (juniper, I believe, which repel mosquitoes!). It had lots of towels, and I really appreciate that. All around, it was an amazing stay. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and an easy check-in. Thank you!

The house is beautiful, back porch and hot tub is private and just perfect. I was most impressed with the responsiveness of questions we had. We did not need anything from management, but they went above and beyond for any questions we had!

Spring break Get away

Great location. The views!

Wonderful stay. Great communication. Views for days (wildlife included). Short jaunt to all of the surrounding areas. Quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay if you are traveling as a family/with multiple families. While the home has 4 well appointed bedrooms, the bonus room is a nice space to sleep many more. Thanks for a great stay, great communication and accommodations!

Nice getaway

Spacious and clean home a few minutes from restaurants and town. Owner is working with the city to try and get the road paved, but many homes are in the same predicament. Not a problem getting in and out.

So glad you enjoyed our property! Yes, the short road is a little rough, but nothing following the 10 MPH speed limit doesn’t fix for literally a 60 second drive on the unpaved portion of the access to the house. Rest of the neighborhood is paved.

Great house, cutely decorated with a good hill country view. We stayed for a week over Christmas. Hosts were very welcoming and provided loads of information. We cooked a lot do we were happy that the kitchen was equipped. The bonus room and pool were fun for the kids! The beds were super comfortable! Dripping Springs is a cute town! The only downside we experienced was that the house seemed hastily cleaned, there was white dog hairs on the couch, floor seemed not vacuumed and the towels in the master bath were folded and put back damp. That said, we were not phased and tried to leave house as clean as we could, understanding it’s hard to flip the house between bookings! The jet bath in master, hot tub and smart TVs were great for our relaxation. The kids brought their Nintendo and hooked it up the bonus room. Perfect! We would stay here again for sure.

Nice house

The house is very nice and spacious. Loved the hot tub. Just a few things like a dusty fan, remote to tv didnt work, filtered water in fridge didnt work, no loud noise after 10pm wasnt expected since it was on 5acres of land, but it worked for us. I would b more worried about the noise restriction if u r having a larger party. .

Nice place for getaway

The place was clean and communication was very efficient. I left something behind and they offered to mail it. Quick responses to all my questions. We enjoyed the hot tub! My only complaint is the juniper trees in the back. I had not realized those were there and I get pretty bad allergies. If you have sensitivity to cedar fever then maybe consider other options. Otherwise beautiful location. And they were not kidding about the potholes. That’s out of their control though.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The county has it slated to repave the road soon. It’s in the engineering phase. Also, cedar is a central Texas issue. 2 juniper trees in our backyard aren’t the issue lol. I struggle (along with everyone else) from Nov-Feb each year with cedar blowing in from everywhere.

Thee house wasn’t how it looks on there but we made it work . It was 11am and we was cleaning to make it easier. The cleaning lady was rude and making things up to push us out the house the latest we stayed was 11:28 to get the trash out . Very rude . Pool and view was great tho
