Amazing 2+ bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished house in a gated Mesa community (Sienna Hills at Red Mountain Ranch). Den can be converted to 3rd bedroom. Available August 1 to end of October2024. Just bring your suitcase! Enjoy the very private back yard that backs up to the desert. Two-car garage. Amenities included: central air, central heat, gas fireplace, dishwasher, storage, washer dryer, tile floors, fenced yard, covered patio, gas grill, underground irrigation system, cookware, glassware, linens.

Great location for desert hiking and biking, floating on the Salt River, fun on Saguaro Reservoir, and watching Spring training baseball, as well as enjoying activities at Arizona State University, oldtown Scottsdale, and downtown Gilbert. This home is also close to restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and a park-and-ride bus stop.

Primary suite includes king size bed, large walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. Second bedroom includes a large closet and queen size bed. The second bathroom is immediately adjacent to the second bedroom. The study/TV room may be used as a bedroom for extra guests (air mattress supplied upon request).

Minimum 30 days. Utilities included in rent. $175cleaning fee.
