Great stay

Very beautiful and clean house would definitely come back she is a very sweet accommodating host really helped us out letting us check in early right on the outskirts of all the traffic and busy areas

Excellent place to book! Couldn’t be happier with our stay! Very clean, comfortable furniture, had everything we needed and then some. All of the appliances were nice, newer, and clean. The location was super convenient. Didn’t take long to get to the beach, downtown, the mall, airport, etc. Lots nearby restaurant, grocery, and entertainment wise. I highly recommend this property!

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. Was less than a 5 min drive from where we had training.It was very clean and the hostess responded to us within minutes. Everything was great!!

This house was amazing, comfy and cozy! It has everything you will need. It’s in a great location. 20 minutes from the beach. It was perfect for our family vacation! Would absolutely recommend and would rent again.

The location of this rental is convenient in proximity to the interstate. I did appreciate having a kitchen set up with stove, oven & dishwasher. I was happy to have access to a washer & dryer. The host was quick with replies when I reached out.

Unfortunately, this rating is low due to a couple maintenance issues and opinions from the guest that we have resolved and would have been happy to resolve during her stay unfortunately we had a rowdy bunch prior and needed all the time to clean in preparation for her arrival since she wanted an early check-in and did not catch that the table was loose in the dining room. The clips needed to be replaced on the dishwasher and the decorative towel hooks shouldn’t have been up for decoration, even though another towel rack is provided. Also, she felt like there should be curtains on top of the blinds in one of the rooms. We appreciate the feedback from guest and always appreciate the opportunity to resolve issues and be given courtesy/opportunity to fix any oversights on maintenance or any other issues or concerns instead of bad reviews. We have since fixed the items she told me about after my inquiry from her bad review and even added curtains and removed the decorative towel hooks so the only option would be the rack that has always been available for use.

The host easy to communicate with, responded quickly as needed, and met expectations. The home was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. We were 5 minutes away from Pensacola Christian College which was the purpose of our visit. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Had a family member in the hospital

The host was excellent, quick to respond and very helpful. The location worked for me because it was in very close proximity to the hospital. The rental was very nice, newly done and had everything I needed for my stay. The front door parking was great… I could drive right up to the front door to unpack my bags and enjoy easy in and out. Thanks for taking care of me during my stay.!

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Every room felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated, making it easy to relax and feel right at home.Fully equipped kitchen, the living spaces were comfortable and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.One of the highlights was the location—conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. Whether we were enjoying quiet mornings with coffee or winding down in the evenings, the atmosphere was just perfect.The host was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. Communication was smooth, and everything we needed was clearly explained.Overall, this was one of the best vacation stays we’ve had. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Nice stay

Ebony was very nice. Checked on us during our stay. Home was decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and had everything needed. Most places you have to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels and sometimes other things but they it in the home and even we she checked on us she asked if we needed more. Very friendly, easy to communicate with. The stay met all of our needs. Very quiet surroundings during the day and at night. The home was located very close to activities, main road, fast food and grocery store was about 2.5 miles away. Overall great stay!

Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Clean, affordable price point, spacious closets, and a quiet street. Updated/new appliances and a front loading washer and dryer that’s not shown in pictures that delivered an outstanding performance (we brought three teenage girls! Something one doesn’t think about was the pressurized faucet near the front door we used to rinse all the sand off of our feet and beach items before bringing them in. That was an added bonus! The home is not near the beach, but we accessed Pensacola beach within an easy 20 min drive, as it is nearly a straight shot. We were pleased with the stay

Originally from Panama City so I’m used to the vacation seen and enjoy interacting with people from different locations.

Central to everything it is in the center of Pensacola so it literally takes just a few minutes to get to just about anywhere.

I think the rates are very reasonable compared to other locations and you still have a nice comfortable place to relax, with everything you’d need for a quick getaway.
