New sun block curtains for all 5 sliding glass doors installed offer easy outdoor access. New Propane BBQ on 5/18/24. Beautiful luxury home with pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard. This is a very spacious pool area with 3 Chaise loungers and many chairs and tables. Great city and mountain views from all areas. Koi pond with waterfall that attracts wildlife including many birds. Two Hummingbird feeders. Various viewing decks. Large Santé Fe fireplace. This home offers all this yet close to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, arts districts and shopping. The home is just a few minutes drive from the main parking lot for Tucson's New Modern Street Car! Towering Giant Saguaro cactus on property! 1.4 acres. Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains in the Western Foothills. Incredible views of Santa Catalina and Rincon mountain chains. Very secluded and quiet pool yard with 1 gas and 1 charcoal BBQ's. Just 8 miles to Saguaro National Park! New "Casino del Sol" opening August 2026 is 1.2 miles form this home!! Pets considered. (Please ask) (Sorry no large parties allowed.) Family and friends are welcome though. This entire property including pool, jacuzzi and Koi pond is covered by a commercial insurance policy and you as a guest are covered for medical and personal liability.

Our host Tony was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Spacious home worked well for our family stay. Bedrooms with sliding doors opening to patio were ideal for awakening to beautiful sunrises!

We had a great time at Tony's place. It is spacious, has everything we needed, and Tony responded immediately to any questions we had. This would be a solid choice for small groups, with accommodations for several people. There are lots of things to do on the property, a pool, hot tub, lounging areas, an outdoor TV, and the property, while quite private, is close to the heart of Tucson. We hope to return on our next trip to Tucson.

Host was wonderful- responded to questions right away. Plenty of space, everything we needed was there. Very close to conveniences. We enjoyed the koi pond and private pool and hot tub. Made a fire in the fireplace every night. There were only two people on this trip but Tony’s place would be fun for a group as well.

Everything was just as stated. We enjoyed the properly. It was a great location an hour or less from everything we wanted to visit. Groceries and restaurants close by. The only thing that was a challenge was the TV set up.

Beat the heat!

Very nice property. Loved having multiple bath/showers. Very private large outdoor patio/pool/spa areas. Had great views and multiple places to relax take in the area.

Had a wonderful time-this house offers so much. Would definitely stay here again!! The owner, Tony, was very responsive and on top of everything. He was ver accommodating. We had a large group and all of us were so happy with this home. Thanks Tony!!

Great Family vacation home, large with lots of space inside and out.The home is very eclectic inside and out, but could use a good "spring cleaning and refreshing". There was just so much "stuff" that the property seemed cluttered. Nothing was in bad shape, just seemed that it needed a good go through. The cushions on all of the outside seating, were all worn and torn and faded and obviously been there for years. We did not have use for all of the pool toys and such (not yet pool season and no kids), but they too needed a good sorting and cleaning and a dedicated storage space for them. This is a perfect place for families to enjoy the outside space, grilling and hanging out. There was just 2 of us and having the inside and outside space allowed for together and individual space. The location was perfect, it was private yet close to everything that you need. Tony was easy to chat with and very responsive. Overall, absolutely YES I would go back. Sometimes :"less is better and a good spring cleaning inside and out would make this a 10 out of 10.

I have lived in Tucson since 1982. Originally from southern New Jersey.
I am a handy guy, so the home is very well kept up inside and outside.
I am very available if needed with a simple text or call.
My father owned a restaurant in NJ and as I tell visitors upon their arrival, "Not only is the house clean for you, it is sanitized"!
I want groups to have a great time and enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

Me and my parents bought this property in 1985 as it had such a great feel, land, pool, views and a Koi pond that attracts Humming birds, Hawks, Eagles and Heron!
The main house was completely remodeled and 900 sq ft was added in 2007.
The main house is the rental home, the guest house is mainly used for storage. The homeowner does stay in the guest house some nights, very rarely. There is a helpful "cheat sheet" to help with many of the features and instructions for pool, hot tub, switches, TV's, fans, etc. Close restaurants, food stores. As of 2015, there is a 40 inch HD "Smart" TV outside with viewing from just about all of the pool yard and Jacuzzi. As of May of 2019 three of the four bedrooms have HD "Smart" Tv's. There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway and elsewhere on the property with plenty of good lighting. The property is very safe and has never had any issues in 37 years! The neighbors are all very friendly and Tony knows them all by first name! They are quite a distance as the home is on 1.5 acres! You will walk out front or out back and not be seen which will give you a very private feeling and I have been told this by guests many times. You will feel like you are in a HOME, not just a rental house!!

What makes this property unique

Very private yet close to downtown and University area. It has many of the original "Charming Burnt Adobe" walls, where they could be left during remodeling.
Everything is modern and tiled throughout! Views are great and the Koi pond attracts all types of wildlife particularly Humming birds and some hawks, eagles and Roadrunners! Hummingbird feeders in the front attract them year round!
