The star rating would go up if the 1980 living room furniture was replaced. The unit is functional but not inviting. The tv setup is a technical anomaly. That said, it’s a good location and the master bedroom is comfortable and kitchen functional.

Love Village Green!

Just a great spot. Super comfy beds, great community of summer travelers to connect with. Kids and adults started an impromptu 4th of July wiffle ball game in the lawn. Such a great spot.

I am basing this review on the fact that we have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and we own a vacation rental in a resort town. Pros: -Great location to Stowe and the town. -Very spacious-Indoor Pool and other amenities available-Large covered porch area-Area for skis when entering in condo-Fairly new carpetCons:-Very dated furnishing - furniture, bedding, curtains, lighting, decor - in person - it felt more dated than the online pictures.-Peeling wall paper-Sofa upholstery has stains-Very basic kitchen-TV is bolted down so you can't turn it and in a bad location, therefore not everyone sitting in the family room area can see the tv.-King bed has three little standard size flat pillows - bring your own.These were cons for us, but maybe not for others, however based on this, we wouldn't stay here again

Excellent location, the property is dated but we knew that when booked. We were skiing and not worried about having a 5 star property. This is why you can book it for a reasonable price. There is a nice recreation building with pool, hot tub, sauna and game room. The mattresses really should be replaced. They are too soft as well as the pillows were flat. Took off one star for cleanliness because we had to wash the skillets before cooking. I believe they were sent through the dishwasher but there was still some stuff stuck on. Everything else was good. Great communication with our host. Would book here again primarily for location and price.
