This is a cozy studio condo unit with a queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom. Large closet and dresser for all your storage needs as well as storage locker on ground level for all your ski and snowboard gear. 50" HD Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Private Balcony. Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Barbeque Stations. Location is on the doorstep of the Kancamagus highway and Steps to the Pemigewasset River.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping in condo or on balcony. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine per the condo association. Quiet Hours 9pm
