Place was exactly as advertised...minutes from Lincoln plaza / shops and restaurants area as well as hiking spots in Franconia.Hosts extremely responsive leading up to the date of stay. Would highly recommend and stay again if opportunity comes up.

Noise from highway if windows open

Overall accommodations were good. Only issue is that because it was warm and humid summer days and no air conditioning, had windows open at night for air and could hear noise from Hwy 93 just behind property.

It was good

We enjoyed the location. It was centrally located to everything. Neighboring condo had tv surround sound that would vibrate our condo all day/night. And the pictures showed a tv in one bedroom which wasn’t the case and was a little disappointing but otherwise, nice place to stay. Oh and for a family of 4, more toilet paper would be great.

This Condo was perfectly positioned for all we wanted to see in Ellsworth! Clean well stocked kitchen. Very spacious rooms. We had a concern during our stay and it was well taken care of by our host.

Comfortable and spacious getaway

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect - the town of Lincoln and all it's amenities were a quick drive away and Franconia Notch State Park was even closer. We were especially happy with the washer/ dryer combo for our laundry. A great stay!

Great place in the quiet area of Lincoln, NH.

A perfect place for a getaway to NH. Close to many National Forestry Parks with a quiet tucked in place away from the crazy hustle of downtown Lincoln. Highly recommend for a small family, all the amenities of home.

My family of 2 adults and 3 teens stayed in this condo for 2 nights. It was convenient to many activities and parks. We all slept comfortably with the kids especially happy they each had their own bed. The whole place was well equipped so that we could have meals, do laundry, and even play some games. The kitchen was especially well stocked with cooking and serving ware. The owners thought of everything including providing laundry detergent. (We used several, so we replenished.) This isn't a minimalist rental. This is someone's vacation condo that you're allowed to rent. We even enjoyed the pool one day with surprisingly cool water but friendly neighbors. We would happily stay here again.

This is truly staying in someone's vacation home - everything was provided. There were plenty of plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans in the kitchen, towels and soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. There was even a wine bar and laundry detergent. The furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We also enjoyed the pool and some board games. It was a wonderful rental!

Great Condo

Exactly as described. Clean and quiet location. My kids loved the pool. Renting couldn’t be easier, checked in via keypad lock. Nice to have everything we needed in the condo since many restaurants were closed or short staffed due to the workers shortage and we needed to cook in the condo. PriceChopper grocery store within a few minutes. Close to many hiking trails, Flume Gorge, and many other local attractions.
