Great communication with the host and they took care of a few problems we discovered on arrival. House was as advertise, 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Beds were comfortable and well supplied with bath towels in each room. The house had plenty of space both inside and outside. Kitchen was stocked with most everything you needed. House does have a lot of deferred maintenance that should be taken care of, and the BBQ need new parts for the inside, but worked to cook burgers and steaks on. The pool and patio furniture was great. The cushions provided for the patio furniture was mismatched and torn. Overall was a good experience.

Home was very clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Host responded quickly to any questions. Location was very quiet and easy to get onto interstate for all of our destinations.

We loved our stay in Avondale! The location was perfect for reaching our golf destinations, and the heated pool and spa were a huge bonus. The house was well-equipped, with a great kitchen for dinners at home, morning coffee, and even a second fridge for extra drinks. Parking in the garage made storing our clubs easy and secure. WiFi and hot tub instructions were clear, TVs in every room were a nice touch, and water pressure was excellent. Exit instructions were simple, too. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily return!

Thanksgiving get away

Property is great, as described. Plenty of space for our family. Pool and hot tub worked great. Neighborhood is quiet, gas station and grocery store within minutes. Easy access to interstate. Would stay here again

Best rental ever

This is our favorite rental we have ever stayed in. The house was so beautiful and so well decorated. Every room was spotlessly clean. My favorite part was the bedding - it was amazing. The outside was so nice and relaxing. Can't wait to stay again!!!!

Perfect Getaway

This home was exactly what we needed to accommodate our large family. We have stayed here twice and plan to go back next year. Everything we needed was in the home waiting for us. The hosts were very good at responding to questions that came up while we were there. See you next year.

Pool was cold, hot tub was cold and would not heat up on first night. Finally did next day. But dont expect a warm hot tub when you arrive. Not sure why pool was so cold, dud not seem to be heated and i had no control on that.

Good for large groups

Home and yard, with golf course view and heated pool, worked very well for our weekend with kids and grandkids. We had bedrooms and beds for our group of 12. Roomy bIkitchen, well equiped with ample counter space was quite nice. And the second refrig in the laundry room was also very helpful. Family room seating was a little sparce, but we worked around it. Property manager was responsive, cooperative and very good to work with.

Nice House for our family

Overall we were happy with our stay at this property. The pool, although heated to 85*, was too cold to swim in or use the spa-just not warm enough for us. The house was very clean but as a "pet friendly" property, there was a very strong dog odor when we got there. We opened the patio door and most of it dissipated. Beds were great and kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend this house for groups. We had a very nice family BBQ with friends.

Not really a hot tub, more of a jacuzzi. Couldnt get the jets to work, even after waiting 1 day for a responce. Top room w 2 single beds, no remote, so couldn't watch tv there. Bottom bedroom tv would connect to watch anything. Overall great place but needs attention to some details. Id rate 9 of 10.

Thank you for your review. The hot tub is now fully functioning will jets and full spa heat; we are so sorry the jets were not working due to the heavy rains that shorted out the jet motor. This has been replaced with all new equipment. Also, we appreciate you letting us know on the TV remote upstairs. The TV remotes in the home are interchangeable, however, we have placed a new remote (likely taken by a previous guest by mistake) in the bedroom. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

The property itself was clean, spacious, well labeled. The cookware was not great but everything else was perfect for our needs. The property manager sent me the check in process through VRBO with a link that was not live, so I could not easily access the check in process therefore getting to the house not knowing how we would get in. I finally called, no answer then texted, no answer. They finall sent me the entrance code through VRBO just as we pulled up. That made me nervous.

We had several issues during our stay. First, we found a couple of scorpions inside the home—one in the kitchen and another upstairs, which my son almost touched. Thankfully, I was able to stop him in time. Second, we had problems with the pool lights. We couldn’t figure out how to turn them on, and when we reached out to the manager, they weren’t able to guide us to the switch. This left us swimming in the dark, which was very disappointing. Lastly, the living room was much smaller than expected and the couches were uncomfortable. For the price we paid, I feel we could have found something much better
