Beachfront friendly home. Perfect for our stay. We have stayed here several times and its always great. Beds are great, kitchen has pretty much whatever you need. Thanks again for a great stay in your beautiful, comfy home.

The location of this beach cabin was absolutely wonderful, being right on the beach made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The views and easy access to the water were definitely the highlight. Overall, I had a great time and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. I would still recommend this stay for anyone looking to enjoy a beach getaway

Great location, right on the beach. Quiet most of the time. Everything works great (except the front doorknob- due to the salty air it is older and gets stuck often). But overall this was a great vacation rental. I will be back!

Swedes may want to spot check their cleaning service. The master bathroom had hair in the sink and bath tub as well dead bugs. The refrigerator leaked for a short time as we were leaving, appeared to need the filter replaced, management was informed upon check out. This property did not provide bed linens, towels or adequate paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels (aal of which were offered at an extra charge) and there was no toaster or kitchen towels. I have rented other beachfront properties along this beach with equally spectacular views and beach access that were less expensive which provided all these amenities at no extra charge. The beach access and privacy were great! The deck had ample seating and tables, the views of the beach were breathtaking from the deck, not as visible from indoors. Not sure I would rent this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect. We walked from the driveway to our spot each day. I would suggest that the garbage receptacle be placed in a more convenient spot. We had no idea where it was. Other than that, our stay was great!

Perfect location

Can't get any closer to the beach than this location. Perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. Quiet area and just a few minutes from the town for groceries, gas or restaurants.

Very clean and perfect spot right on the beach, also they were quick to respond and resolve the low battery beeps from the smoke alarms.

The place was great and we had a fantastic time. The only issue we had was we were going to grill steaks for my Husbands birthday and the BBQ grill at the property is in really bad shape, rusted out and needs to be replaced. We had to go to the Big Store and purchase a grill. And we had to physically go to the property management office to check in which we have never have had to do before at other places we have stayed and usually just get a text or email with our key code. Other than that it was a perfect trip for us.

House was clean, location was great. All was good except the outdoor BBQ grill. We had stayed in May 2025 at this house and the grill was barely usable then. Figured it would be replaced by now. Now it was just pitiful. We couldn't use. Not a deal breaker, but if you plan on cooking outside, make another plan. All of our boxes were checked for this house except for that one and we usually grill out every night.

Birthday Weekend

We had an amazing time during our stay at Coastal Breeze. The house was exactly as advertised, clean and beach front! The booking, check in and check out process was a breeze with no issues. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. The beach during our stay was not crowded at all. Not sure if this is normal but it was definitely a plus because we didn’t have to hurry to set up our canopies/chairs etc. The one item I would recommend for the owners/management company is to add an additional trash bin outside. We were only able to locate 1 when placing our trash out at the end of our stay. Other than that, we had an amazing time and will definitely consider this home for our next stay.

Needs maintenance

Overall stay was decent but property needs repair. Blinds in master bedroom didn’t work, refrigerator handle broken, no TV service. When in the shower the floor creaks horribly, it sounds like you might fall through. Mattresses and pillows were super cheap and not comfortable. Lots of trash in the neighborhood And on the beach. No issues but would not rent from this owner again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a very nice covered deck making sitting outside enjoyable. The house is lacking in amenities. The bedrooms have no chest of drawers that makes long stays inconvenient. The tv sets would not work in the bedrooms with a firestick. The living area tv would not work without a firestick. The hose connector on the deck and by the driveway are rusted out and don’t work. The grill is rusted out and very dirty. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. I think with adding furniture in the bedrooms and general maintenance this would be a nice place. Regardless of this, we enjoyed the beach.

Terrible Service and not easy to work with

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was supposed to arrive on Monday 7/8 and depart Wednesday 7/10. Hurricane Beryl arrived and the whole peninsula was without power and highways shut down. Yes, we did not purchase the insurance and that’s our fault. I tried to see if Swedes would be willing to work with us since we are retired, have flexible schedules, and rebook for a later date during the low season since we already paid for it in full. The answer we got was a hard NO! We will not be using this real estate company ever again a would not recommend it to anyone. Buyer beware.

This is the first time I’ve ever not given a 5 star review.The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Check in was super annoying because we had to go “pick up the key” at the Swedes office (which is 10 full minutes from the property) and they literally wrote the code on a piece of paper that they could have easily texted us. 20 minute waste of time.Checkout was easy. Just a phone call. What a concept!There are zero towels, linens, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dishwasher tablets etc. You have to bring all of that. They provide the home, beds and appliances. Nothing extra. At all. Lots of dust everywhere and I had to wash the bedspreads because they all smelled musty. Multiple missing light bulbs in kitchen.The toilet paper holder broke off. The bath mats were all gross and old.Again, being on the beach is amazing but if I knew all these issues, I would’ve gladly stayed somewhere else that was more accommodating, clean and convenient. Won’t be back, will not recommend.
