The space
At the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet family neighborhood with a small lush front patio facing the greenbelt and back patio with a barbeque. The driveway is extra-long which can accommodate a boat or RV. The Linda Creek greenbelt offers walking/biking trails and the creek is the home to a variety of wildlife! Maidu Regional Park is a 1/2 mile walk through the greenbelt and neighborhood offering soccer and baseball fields, walking trails, skate and basketball park, batting cages, Maidu library, and more! The lounge / playroom in the garage offers an open air area to relax, watch tv, play a game, or ping pong.

The home has a small yard, mostly a front and back patio and driveway. There is one side of the house 4.5ft x 25ft, and in the back yard a 7.5ftx20ft sloped run, that is dirt and dogs can use for their doggy business. The greenbelt is right there for walks. The front and back patio/yard does provide containment for most small to medium dogs.
