✔ Garbage (blue bin) is collected every Tuesday and Friday. Friday recycling (green bin) is also collected. Please place the garbage appropriately.

✔ Includes a washing machine and dryer.

✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
There is no smoking in the house. Smoking outside only but please, no littering! Dispose of the butts.

Garbage and recycling should be placed in the appropriate bins on the property. You know, blue for garbage and green for recycling.

No need to strip the beds but please place dirty towels near the washer.

Please place dishes in the dishwasher.

There are two units in the house so please be respectful of your neighbor. No parties, loud music at night, etc.

You can park on the grass in front of the house. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MEDICAL OFFICE'S PARKING SPOTS.
