Quietly located natural stone finca with guest house pool + garden for 6 people

The almost 100-year-old finca ‘Es Rafal’ is a lovingly restored natural stone house with pool and separate guest house in typical Mallorcan style. It is located only three minutes by car from the village of Montuïri, a small typical Mallorcan village on a slight hill in the middle of an 8000 m² plot with a marvellous view of the countryside. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area of approx. 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A good WLAN connection is also available.

In front of the main house and in the pool area (7 x 3 metres), two south-facing sun terraces invite you to linger. The pool is newly renovated and now chlorine-free - converted to a salt water base. In the Mediterranean-style garden there is a guest house with a bed-sitting room with an open fireplace as well as a dressing room and a bathroom. Thanks to its central location, the finca is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire island.

The costs for the final cleaning are up to 4 persons Euro 140,--; from 5 persons Euro 180,--; when using both houses Euro 180,-- (this is not possible in winter months). Due to the increased electricity and gas prices, an energy surcharge of Euro 80,-- per week is added in winter. Since 1 July 2019, the Balearic government has levied an eco-tax of Euro 2,-- per person per night from the age of 16.
This amount must be paid on site when the keys are handed over.

Use of the property: The tenant undertakes to treat the property with care during his presence and rental period and to inform the landlord or the local manager immediately if damage has occurred to the property or furniture. Damage culpably caused by the tenant will be charged. In the summer months from June to August, arrival is only possible on Friday or Saturday for organisational reasons. The guest house cannot be booked from December to February as there is no heating.

Use of the pool: The tenant undertakes to supervise the use of the pool for the period rented and confirms with the booking that the landlord is released from any liability. We thank you for your understanding.

Child supervision: When travelling with children, the parents or guardians undertake to assume full liability and to fulfil their duty of supervision.
