Enjoy this re-modeled, penthouse, condo located on the 23rd floor at Ocean Reef. We would love to have you as our guest in this stunning, upscale, coastal farmhouse, condo.

To make your beach-stay more enjoyable, our condo offers 2 FREE beach chairs each day of your stay (seasonally from March 1 to October 31)! It gets better still, this property has not one but two side-by-side reserved parking spaces, for your vehicles, conveniently located on the second level parking, under the building and close to the elevators. No long walking distances to your car and no walking across the street!

Welcome to our Ocean Reef coastal cottage condo! The condo is beach-front with an oversized 10x28 balcony with room for everyone. From the moment you walk-in you'll be awed by the upgraded features including beautiful wood plank siding, wood floors, upscale southern coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms including a custom walk-in shower.

The living room features a wrap around, leather, sectional sofa and arm chair that provides ample sitting for everyone. Enjoy gazing at the beautiful gulf water or watching evening movies on the wall-mounted, large screen, TV (with soundbar), or stretching out and taking relaxing naps on the comfortable sofa.

The kitchen features a stylish, farmhouse, deep white sink and stainless appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, electric range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The elegant dining room table sits six and the breakfast bar includes four bar stools. You have everything you need for preparing delicious meals.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with double vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. The large guest bedroom offers two queen beds with separate guest bathroom access that includes a stylish combination shower/tub and vanity.

A separate laundry room offers full-size font loading washer and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is On-Site.

This condo is absolutely amazing, top notch!!! All the decorations and finishes are high end, reserved parking is great and right next to the elevator also has easy access down to the beach. The view is breath taking and location allows easy access to everything in town. The host was great and accessible….100% recommend!!!

Unfortunately, the condo was not very clean. Lots of dust it was beautifully designed and in a great location. Only one elevator was working during my stay, which was communicated to me the day I was arriving. I was there on a holiday weekend so it was a little difficult getting from the 23rd floor to the beach or to my car but otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

Sky high breathtaking views

From stepping into the beautifully decorated condo to stepping onto the balcony with views that stretch as far as your eyes can see. I have nothing negative to say about this house property. Don’t help to book this gems on the beach

My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo. It was decorated so beautiful the beds so comfortable you couldn’t ask for more. I would book again but have to wait because we are from Canada and have no idea what’s to come.

Condo was in great shape We felt like we were walking on shells trying to not bring sand in and have everything exactly like it was when we came. Down to pillow arrangements. " Not owners fault, but elevators did not work properly and according to reviews have not in sometime. Sometimes a 20 minute wait.

Relaxing stay

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed in kitchen, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. I cant say enough good things about it. Our stay was great!

Great experience! I’ve been staying in condos at the beach for many years now and this was one of the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in. This condo is beautifully decorated. Convenient to everything, great beach access. We hope to stay here again next year!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. We also really enjoyed the balcony furniture. The only suggestion I would make is to connect the tvs to the internet so that guests could sign into streaming services. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view

This condo is on the 23rd floor. Very clean, with comfy beds. Bring your binoculars, as we were delighted to see dolphins from the balcony! Bring basket style coffee filters. Even though the listing said pets are not allowed, there was a lot of what seemed to be pet hair on the living room rug.

My wife and I spent our 35th anniversary here. this condo had everything you needed for the two weeks we were there The room was on the 23rd floor which is the top floor and you have a penthouse view . My wife didn’t think she would like to be up that high but she really enjoyed it once she got use to it

We had a great stay. The balcony was very spacious, with lots of comfortable seating, and had the most beautiful view. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and stocked with anything you need to cook with. You should bring any spices or other condiments needed as there is only salt and pepper, so prepare for that in advance. Beach was so close to the condo it was easy to run back and forth when needed. Expect a short wait for the elevators, at times, especially on the weekends when there are more people checking in and out. Lots of fun places to go within walking distance. Our favorite restaurants were Runaway Island and Sharky’s, (which has a really cool playground for kids.) If you don’t mind driving, or taking an Uber, another favorite was Boon Docks. Highly recommend this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

August 2024 Stay

Beautiful condo and amazing unobstructed view of a Panama City beach from the 23rd floor! Didn’t know how much we were going to enjoy being up so high. We purchased binoculars so we could see the marine life and boy did we get our fill! It was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had sitting on a balcony! And this wasn’t just a beautiful condo, the balcony had the most comfortable seating arrangements as well. Very well thought out! The place was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the large laundry room right at the entryway, perfect for dropping off your beach towels etc. beautifully decorated and responsive property manager ( apparently the city was working on a water valve in the area and he was able to inform us about that situation). We stayed mid August, absolutely a perfect time! Not crowded at all! Great location on the beach. Great parking spaces! Around 30 steps from the fast elevators and close to your front door! We had a blast! You will too!

Summer 2025

We really excited about the view. It was excellent to watch the weather and the marine life. The condo was exactly as listed and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the large balcony that everyone could enjoy at the same time and all furniture was high quality. There was construction on the elevators that caused concern due to the wait time of the elevators and the noises heard while on them. We did rent a golf cart however they were not allowed on property or even in the parking garage that we actually paid for… I did not appreciate that we were not allowed to utilize the spaces and everything was posted as being a tow away zone. Although the condo looked clean, within just the time it took for us to unpack the bottom of our feet were black and the floor felt sticky. I know that the renters are to clean up prior to leaving but I felt as though the floors were not cleaned and the room did not smell sanitized. However, we wore socks and it was just fine.We also had an issue with the smokers on the property. We were not allowed to enjoy our time on the balcony fully due to the amount of cigarettes and weed being smoked. We did report this and the staff stated they would notify security. I’m not sure anything else could have been done but this did put a damper on our visit. The water took an exceptionally long time to heat up and it didn’t last long enough for all of us to have a warm shower. This is the nicest condo we’ve experienced.

He was professional and very friendly. This gave a sense of security to the stay. We were impressed by the speed of the elevators and staying on the 23rd floor that matters. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook. We love to cook! The master bedroom mattress was more comfortable than my bed at home. I normally have a hard time resting but slept like a baby. The bathroom felt like a spa with all the beautiful tile work. Whoever did the design work on this condo did a beautiful job. We would most certainly stay here again and will be telling our friends and family about this condo. Look no further. You just found the right rental.
