The beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is at the top of the island. Easily walk to the Equestrian Center and Lake House. Take advantage of this terrific location close to the Lake House with outdoor pool, basketball court, volleyball net, soccer goal and playground. When you're ready to hit the beach there are eight boardwalk access points along Seabrook Island Road that will have your toes in the sand along our 3.5 miles of private beach. Extras for this home include a screened porch, upstairs deck and a lagoon in the backyard. Head up the steps to the welcoming front porch, shake off the stress and let your vacation start!
The home has a great open floor plan. Off the foyer is the primary bedroom en-suite. Relax in the King bed and watch the mounted Smart TV. A large walk-in closet has plenty of storage space. The bath has double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. This bathroom may be accessed from both the primary bedroom and hall. The main living area blends both the kitchen, dining room and living space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully stocked! The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. There are also 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Sliding doors off the dining room lead out to the deck. The living area has a sectional sofa with additional seating. The fireplace is decorative only. Sliding doors lead out to the screen porch. Dine al fresco at the table with seating for six. On the main floor you will also find the large laundry room. A great catch all space, plus a full size washer dryer for your use.
Head up the stairs to the guest bedrooms. Here you will find two large rooms. The front guest bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the Jack 'n Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The rear guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, making this room comfortable for 3 people. In this room you have a wall mounted Smart TV plus antenna and sliding doors leading to the second floor deck. A great spot to read a book or catch a few moments of solitude!

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

We were there for the tennis tournament, so the location was excellent. The beds could have used better pillows and the kitchen needed more plates but other than that it was perfect for us!

We really enjoyed this property. It would be a great space for three couples, or grandparents and some kids/grandkids. Everything is clean, nice and comfy - we felt right at home. Bedrooms are good sizes, with plenty of room for unpacking. Screened porch is a great spot for meals, and there is also plenty of dining space indoors and on the open part of the deck. Kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed plus plenty of room for groceries in pantry and fridge. Laundry room was great - convenient to entry with lots of hanging space for air drying. Bathrooms are convenient, and primary bath has lots of counter space and storage, though since there's no half bath on the main level, people will likely use the primary bath a lot during the day. My daughter loved the upper deck for stargazing and listening to frogs at night. Wifi and TV were easy to use. Easy to park two or even three cars and move them independently of each other. You can also fit two cars in the garage although it was a tight fit behind the owner's LSV on one side. Like all Seabrook buildings conforming to recent building codes, the house is elevated, so do be aware that everything you bring in (suitcases, groceries, etc.) will have to go up at least one tall set of stairs. We did not need an amenity card because my mom was a Seabrook resident, but do pay attention to this issue if you are looking to use Seabrook amenities other than the beaches.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
