Beach Waterfront Condo is located on Lyon’s Bay, in Nokomis, Florida. This two bedroom unit is located downstairs and is part of a two story Condo. Just a ten minute walk to Nokomis Beach.

First bedroom has a King size bed, second bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
Your stay comes with access to kayaks and paddle boards which can be launched from a floating dock. Also available for your use are beach chairs and coolers, and bicycles.
Shared laundry room located on the second floor with separate entrance.

Everything was great! The location is beautiful and has easy access to the water for kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding. We enjoyed the bikes as well!

Awesome stay

We loved the location of the property and all the amenities that it offered and the backyard right at the water to use the kayaks and paddle boards from the property. The place was very clean and Dan was very friendly. We had a chance to meet him and got some great tips about the area. Definitely plan on coming back again soon.

Our stay here could not have been better. This property is incredible. The home is gorgeously decorated with so much attention to detail, yet also not cluttered so there was plenty of room for our things. It was extremely clean. The provided amenities were also top-notch. We loved having coffee overlooking the bay to start each day, and enjoyed so much fishing and kayaking straight off of the dock. The condo is walkable to several restaurants, including Pop's, which is one of our favorites. The condo is also very close to Nokomis beach (walkable) and the North Jetty (probably drive or bike), both of which are very nice beaches. The bikes provided for use were in good condition, and there were also beach chairs available to use for our beach days.We would 100% would stay here again.
