Proud to provide you with a library of historic books collected from Gruene (half our collection is in English and the other half is in German, Swedish and Norwegian). Each bedroom features gel memory foam mattresses and hotel collection pillows with premium linens. Both full bathrooms have a shower and bathtub combo. * Layout:

All bedrooms are on the second floor. A half bathroom is downstairs, the remaining 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is the foyer, dining room, kitchen, walk in pantry/laundry room and the main living room. Upstairs is the media/entertainment room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

- Master bedroom features a king bed, Sony 4K smart TV, coffee table and seating area. Attached full bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower, and a massive walk in closet
- Second bedroom features a queen bed, tall dresser and large wall mirror, as well as a walk-in closet.
- Third bedroom features 2 bunk beds with pull out trendles, all with twin size mattresses (6 twin beds total). A workspace complete with a desk and swivel chair, as well as a walk in closet.
- Upstairs media room is complete with a huge leather sectional couch that seats 8-10 people comfortably. A massive 85 inch Sony 4K TV with Sonos sound system attached.
- Large backyard with open space, covered in grass. Seating area under the overhang is perfect for a backyard hangout with your group. Cornhole game and beach towels provided for water activities nearby.
