Welcome to Heritage Oak Haven! This thoughtfully rebuilt 1920 bungalow is centrally located amidst the top attractions in New Braunfels. Creative detail has been invested into every corner of this space offering a glimpse of history with a fresh artful touch. Nestled between two massive heritage oak trees, this stylish house is thoughtfully appointed to comfortably accommodate families. Just steps away from the entrance of Schlitterbahn and easily walkable to the Comal River & downtown life.

This is a newly rebuilt single story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flex room and a laundry closet. The front of the house is an open concept between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. At the rear of the house, you'll find the bedrooms, bathrooms and a flex room. The flex room can be used as a dedicated office space or a sleeping area.

Sleeping Arrangements:

· Primary Bedroom- King-sized bed with memory foam mattress

· Bunk Room- Twin over twin bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. There is also a fold out chair stored in the closet that doubles as a twin mattress (see photos). This can be set up in the bunk room or the living room.

· Queen Room- Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress.

· Flex Room- The mustard colored futon can be converted into a twin-sized bed.

· Pack & Play- Can be set up comfortably in any of the sleeping areas as needed. Sheets & waterproof mattress protector provided.

Notes:

· Black-out curtains and sound machines are provided in all sleeping areas to provide for uninterrupted sleep.

· We think the perfect sized group for this space is up to 6 people. The full 8 can easily be accommodated, but just keep in mind that it will be a bit cozier.
