The Big Island of Hawaii welcomes you to “Keauhou Paradise,” conveniently located in the beautiful Mauna Loa Village Resort just under six miles south of Downtown Kailua-Kona, 13 miles south of Kona International Airport, and the site of the Ironman Triathlon. The condo was fully updated in 2023 with new appliances and a new split air-conditioner unit.

This two-story condo boasts incredible garden views & island breezes from the screened-in furnished lanai off the primary bedroom - an ideal place for relaxation with a cold beverage and an adventurous book. Keep your eyes open for tropical bird sightings too! Inside you will be welcomed with a spacious, modern Hawaiian living area with lots of natural light and comfortable recliner seating. The condo includes two, cable-equipped smart TVs and a private full-sized washer and dryer for home entertainment and convenience.

Highlights include beach gear, including two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, one cooler, and two boogie boards, so you don’t have to worry about packing those on the plane for your next incredible vacation. Take advantage of the full kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, then enjoy your creations on the lanai as an alfresco meal or inside with seating for everyone between the dining table and the breakfast bar. Each lanai is equipped with its own mini fridge for convenient cold drink storage.

Enjoy the fun in Kailua-Kona with luaus, restaurants, and shopping, or hit the ball around the golf course at Kona Country Club. Keauhou Bay offers multiple adventures, including snorkeling cruises, manta-ray dives, catamaran tours, dolphin excursions, kayaking & standup paddleboard tours, fishing, swimming, and don’t forget to enjoy the Kona trolly. When you’re not out enjoying the island, cool off in one of the six pools for a refreshing dip.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
