We are now finished with the extensive renovations to the unit. It is gorgeous! New tile floors, fresh paint and baseboards, updated light fixtures and ceiling fans. Have a look at the videos to see each room in detail.

Quiet 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at the beautiful Royal Kahili. Unit is in the rear of the building, so you don't hear Alii Drive, just the ocean and the birds. This is one of few units in the building that does not require any stairs to access it. WiFi, Direct TV, flat screen TV, DVR/VHS player included. New California King bed in the master bedroom; two new twins in the 2nd bedroom. New dishwasher and washer/dryer. Coffee and espresso makers in the kitchen. Renovated kitchen. Great condo! Clean, comfortable and everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo grounds were beautiful and maintained perfectly. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was even better! We did a lot of exploring on the island and enjoyed the location of the condo.

The property is beautiful. The condo, grounds and pool area are inviting and the people amazing!

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends looking to vacation on the big island. From having all of the amenities one needs inside the unit to enjoying the bbq's and eating areas by the couldn't ask for more. Oh did I mention the hot tub?? Yes, there is one right beside the pool.

All in all I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the big island.

Convenient location, lovely garden

This unit is right on Alli'i Dr., right across the street from the ocean and convenient to Kahalu'u snorkel beach and also to downtown by car. It is clean, bright and nicely decorated. The pool is very nice (lovely tile honus in the bottom), and the koi pond and gardens are beautiful. The manager, John, is extremely helpful and friendly. He lives in the complex, so is easy to find. All the appliances work well and the beds are comfortable.

Kona getaway

The condo is in a great location- not too close to town, but not too far either. The place is great to relax after a day of playing on the Big Island. The pool area is lovely, especially in the evening watching the sun set and then enjoying nightfall. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our vacation in Kona.

We came to Kona for our nephews wedding. Everything about our vacation has been beautiful. Every morning we sat on the Lani to have our Kona coffee and we could see whales spouting in the ocean. The seas were a little rough to do much snorkeling since we are novices. But we loved going to the black sands beach and the White Sands Beach the luau and the whale watching tour. Took a great coffee tour at hula daddy coffee. So much information. Wow. Our host Ed was awesome prior to our arrival. He was able to answer all of my questions. The unit was fully stocked with everything that we could possibly need.
