Birthday Stay!

This property was a very convenient for us to be close to family! My son that turned 5 loved the place and had a lot of fun! Would definitely recommend booking this place and hope we can stay again one day.

Excellent location!

This property was excellent overall. Super cute and clean, and it was very well furnished. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. Only drawback was that some of the nearby bars can have some loud music, but it doesn't go all night, and the hosts have placed nice sound machines in each of the bedrooms that more than compensate. Highly recommend this rental.

Top Notch Digs

A super cool spot smack downtown. It's comfortable with plenty of space for 3 or 4, well appointed kitchen, generously stocked bathroom, full washer & dryer, off street parking. The hosts were very responsive but also not a bit intrusive. Five stars all the way.

Excellent location

The location in downtown Denton is fantastic, super close to restaurants, coffee, and the square. Denton was really decorated for Halloween so that was fun. The flat was clean and had everything we needed for a few days of visiting our UNT student and working remotely.

The funky Flat Denton Sq.

The funky flat is an adorable place in a Primo location. you can walk to all the best restaurants on Denton Square. The beds are really comfortable and the AC kept the place very cool in the heat of the summer. Super cute, and awesome location!

The Funky Flat was the PERFECT stay for us! We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation and it was my husband and I along with my teenage son. The property is just as pictured and described. It’s very well appointed, very clean, comfortable beds, and the location is literally steps from the square. We walked to the Yellow Dog bar just a short walk to enjoy evening cocktails and great entertainment! D20 across the square on Oak was an awesome place to go in and play board games - they have a TON to choose from! Melinda, our host, was so attentive and the entire stay went off without a hitch. Followed the instructions for parking and no issues whatsoever. The stairs at the entrance are steep, so just consider that if you have anyone in your party that might have an issue. I highly recommend this property and will book again if I’m visiting Denton!
