What a wonderful house to stay in! Felt like home right away… Very cozy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants close by. Communication with the host was exceptional.
Super cute house!!! Very clean, communication was a breeze, location was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen very well stocked. Would definitely return! Host was on top of every aspect from booking to checking in/out.
Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to Downtown. House is warm and welcoming with many original features. Booked again for an extended trip. Very good overall.
Loved the location. Beautiful yard . Vintage home with modern flare.
Fenced in yard was not sufficient due to makeshift wire fence that was falling apart. The beds were very low and made it hard for us retired folks to get in and out of. Besides that we loved the house and everything was good for us. We only stayed the weekend but our family loved it also. If you are visiting someone stationed in Jax its a great place close to restaurants.

Fine
1500 dollars all in for 4 nights. It was reasonably clean and comfortable but not furniture, decor (cheap shower curtains and waste bins), cleanliness (mildew in washing machine), linens, and overall experience were not remotely in keeping with the price point. Not a place I really wanted to spend time. Truthfully, about one third or one half of this would have felt much more reasonable to me. And at 400/night I’m not looking to take out the garbage and strip the beds at check out.
