You're invited to our newly built townhome centrally located in the historic Alderman Park neighborhood of Jax! It's a cozy spot to recharge as you plan your next adventure in the River City! You will have easy access to Atlantic, Neptune and Jax Beaches if you're in need of some chill vibes & good eats. You will also have easy access to everything downtown like EverBank Stadium, VyStar Arena, Daily's Place and the Riverside Arts Market if a suburban feel is more your speed.
