This modern lake front home is perfect for small family,/group trips or a couples get away. You will be right on Lake Avalon in Bella Vista and right down the street from the Little Sugar Trails. All of this spacious home has been updated, offering a large open floor plan-perfect for entertaining! Includes a game room and 2 living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) each with a large screen tv. Enjoy all NW Arkansas has to offer from this beautiful lake retreat only 10-15 minutes to Bentonville.

Spacious modernized home right on the lake with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with Island for extra seating. Lots of room and open floor plan for entertaining. Two living rooms for groups to have more privacy. Game room with foosball table and board games. Great outdoor area for enjoying the lake. All access and completely private.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Drake on the lake. Quick drive in to bentonville and close to tanyard creek trails. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Beds were nice and living space had plenty of room for playing games/socializing.

Perfect for our stay

Just got home from a fabulous stay at the Drake. It is a gorgeous home that comfortably fit 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) with beautiful views of the lake. We were there primarily for mountain biking and took advantage of the trail access nearby. We spent most of our time in Bentonville, though, riding the trails there. Regardless of what you are there for, I highly recommend the Drake. We hope we can visit again next year!

This home was welcoming! It made us feel like we were home. There’s games, a beautiful GOD-Given scenery, plenty of SPACE to enJOY family and friends. Open floor plan upstairs. Two balconies/patios. While we didn’t engage in the water activities, it’s there too!! The area, Bella Vista, is nice. The neighbors weren’t overbearing or make you feel like you don’t belong. We have rented in this neighborhood before. So, both times, very pleasant.

Family Wedding Weekend

Upon arrival to the property it was exactly as described and was extremely clean. We made the decision on this place due to the proximity to the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel for a family member’s wedding and the direct lake access. It was peaceful and perfect for 3 couples (we did not travel with any children). Of note, the driveway is fairly tight and due to not being able to park in the street, I am not sure 3 Toyota sized Tundra vehicles would fit. Otherwise, the property is extremely nice and a perfect getaway!

Bella Vista Wedding

Pros: Beautiful area. Hiking trails near by! Gorgeous home, very clean, modern. Spacious with plenty of room to sleep large party, very open floor concept. Bedroom bed downstairs was broken - property manager was quick to come and fix. Great location for lake access and activities - we didn’t utilize this early in spring but great for summer! Cons: The neighborhood made it impossible for all guests (staying in home) and family visiting to have parking. No parking allowed on streets-this should be included in listing before booking. Compared to other listings had a later check-in time and early check-out time. Faucets leaked in one bathroom couldn’t use during our stay. Originally booked for a hot tub feature. Arrived and didn’t have a hot tub - not sure if this was a VRBO filter error. Overall property manager and owner accommodating and responsive to messages.

I live in Austin Texas now but I called Little Rock my home for 20 years and have a deep affection for Arkansas. This is my second short term rental property and only one in NWA. We have a lovely home and property to which we are proud of. Our lake is peaceful with no motorized boat traffic which makes it ideal for fishing, swimming and being with family. We love that we have this opportunity to share this special place with great people from all over the country.

Why they chose this property

We wanted lakeside property and enjoy the easy access to swimming, kayaking and fishing. Bella Vista has wonderful amenities for people to enjoy such as community pools, golf course and tennis and workout facilities. It is only 10 minutes from Bentonville. Very soon it will be ideally situated next to the Walton’s mountain bike chairlift system.

What makes this property unique

We have direct access to the OZ trail which is access about four houses up the street. We have direct access to Lake Avalon.. Lake Avalon is a no wake lake which means there are no motorized watercraft allowed. This makes it a peaceful place to swim, kayak paddleboard, and be on the water with family.
