Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes and either put away or leave in the drying rack.
Leave any used towels on the bathroom floor for us to gather and clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music or noise after 11 pm, due to the local noise ordinance
Fireplace Use: never leave it burning if you are not going to be in the home. Open the flue damper before lighting, please close the flue after use.
All trash needs to be bagged before placing in the outside bin. If staying on a Monday, please bring the trash to the curb for pickup Tuesday morning

Great location near LU.

The house is in a great location near LU. The living room is large enough for gathering family/friends. House is furnished with a lot of used furniture but beds were comfortable. It was great having two full bathrooms and good towels.

Perfect house

We were attending a wedding at the Aviary. House was perfect for our needs. Easy access for someone with mobility issues, good beds and bed linen, clean and well stocked kitchen. Quiet residential neighborhood but 2 blocks from lots of major retail.

Close to everything, quiet neighborhood

Sam was very easy to work with. Sun room is beautiful for morning coffee, even had a deer walk thru the back yard. Big house, so plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Thank you for a lovely experience in Lynchburg!

Perfect property for our LU weekend

My friend who is getting his Masters degree online through Liberty University had never seen the campus, so he and I and another friend came for the weekend to see the campus and attend an LU football game (which they won…GO FLAMES!). Samantha was just the perfect host, responding quickly to my texts, and the property met all our needs (with the snack basket being a great touch!).

Came for LU graduation. Perfect location, off the busy road but only a few minutes to campus. CLEAN!! Slept our family nicely. Had what I needed to prepare meals. Comfortable living and sun room where we could all sit, play games, and enjoy one another. Good linens, extra blankets around. Long driveway for parking. Great stay
