Brand new, luxury apartment in a small complex of just 5 properties, located in the new Camino a cabo Este area. Just a few blocks away from Flora Farms. Pool & parking in place. The apartment is equipped with high-end appliances and can accomodate up to 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king size bed and the secondary one has two twin beds that can be converted to one king size. Laundry room with washer and dryer in place. Spacious bathrooms dressed with elegant black marble walls. Its location on top of a hill offers an amazing view from the apartment terrace, where you will be able to watch sunsets illuminating the open ocean. Property is available for short or up to 6 month rentals. Longer stays can be negotiated upon request.
