From the moment you arrive at the fabulous Whiskey Creek House, you will understand why this is one of our most popular Florida vacation homes. (2 Bedroom with Office, 2 Bath, Sleeps 8) Located in the heart of South Fort Myers in the desirable and secluded Whiskey Creek neighborhood, you are perfectly situated to enjoy all the area has to offer. Our gorgeous Gulf Beaches - Fort Myers Beach, Bunche Beach, Lovers Key State Park and the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva - are approximately 10 miles away. Lakes Park, Six Mile Cypress Preserve, Edison & Ford Winter Estates, JetBlue Park and CenturyLink Sports Complex are all closer still. You are surrounded by golf courses where you can practice your swing, great shopping where you can indulge yourself, and fabulous dining and entertainment options.

Whiskey Creek House's entrance welcomes you and your loved ones to the ultimate Southwest Florida retreat with a wall of glass showing you your beautiful, sunlit, private pool and the fantastic adjoining covered patio where you will no doubt spend relaxing hours enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. Boasting a sparkling, fully screened in pool and deck area with lounge chairs, you can soak in the sunshine relaxing around the pool with your favorite cold beverage. Plenty of pool toys and noodles for the kids. Pool size is 3 to 6 Ft. deep and 35 Ft long. The entire backyard is filled with tropical landscaping and surrounded by a privacy fence.

Another favorite spot around the pool is the covered patio area. No need to go inside for meals. Just fire up the electric grill in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy the outdoor dining table and chairs. There's even an outdoor flat screen TV! And talk about the perfect place to work remotely...the home's WiFi works out in the covered patio area as well as inside the house.

The spacious, single level design features a sunlight filled, inviting layout with living areas separating the Master Bedroom En Suite and the Guest Bedroom and Office/Den. Relaxed elegance describes the coastal flavor of the decor with tile floors throughout, ceiling fans and plantation shutters.

Gather the family comfortably in the large living room where the seating is soft and the air is cool, thanks to central air-conditioning. Enjoy your favorite shows on the giant Smart TV with cable service. Make use of the wet bar when entertaining guests. Open up the wall of sliding glass doors so your guests can spill out onto the screened in pool area. (There's a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.)

In the middle of the house is the beautifully designed kitchen - a real pleasure to use with its expansive granite countertops and full complement of top rated appliances. Dishware, cookware, tableware...everything you need can be found in this fully equipped kitchen. A huge kitchen island has a breakfast bar with stools for your family to catch a quick meal while they make plans for the day. The stylish, adjacent Dining Room with its plantation shutters and lovely chandelier offers a huge table with seating for six as an indoor formal dining option.

The Master Bedroom En Suite, an oasis in itself, features a King sized Bed and a Walk In Closet with custom built ins. A wall of sliding glass doors open up directly to the pool and patio. The luxurious En Suite Master Bath has double vanities and an impressive Barrier Free Walk In Shower.

You can rest assured that others will also be comfortable in the home's Guest Bedroom where you will find a Bunk Bed with one single bed (upper) and one double bed (lower) and a Walk In Closet. The Office/Den has a desk and a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa and its own Walk In Closet. The Guest Bath with its coastal vibe is located right next door to the Guest Bedroom and is beautifully appointed with a granite topped vanity and Walk In Shower. It serves double duty as the pool bath with a second door leading out to the pool deck.

Finally, there's a separate laundry room with a brand new Washer and Dryer and wash sink. On site parking in the driveway. (Garage and owner's closet are kept locked and are for owner's use only.) The pool can be heated for your entire stay for an extra charge of $75 per week. Please let us know after booking and we will add this amenity to your reservation. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed. There is a fully Refundable $500 Security Deposit included when booking and returned within 10 days of your departure inspection.
