This 3 bed 2 bath unit is right on the beach and with in easy reach of some of Seven Mile’s Beach's best restaurants and bars and a stroll from the new Kimpton Hotel just a few minutes walk along the beach! White Sands sits on a palm tree covered and arguably the best part of Seven Mile Beach. Check out the photos attached. Our recently refurbished townhouse apartment is new and bright with new decor, crockery, linens and comes with TV, WiFi internet

Diving, sailing trips, paddle boarding, snorkeling and other activities can be organised at request

We had a fabulous trip. The property is comfortable with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, spacious for our family of 5. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and lunches. The view is wonderful. The beach is phenomenal!!! Highly recommend.

Great property

Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Property had plenty of essentials to keep the house going such as paper towels, trash bags, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. and never felt needed to go to the store to bridge the gap as happens at some rentals.The beach in front with tree covering was awesome for us to hang out. We packed a pop-up tent but never got it out of the suitcase.Check in wasn't smooth with instructions of "key is under the mat"... when in reality it was in a lockbox. And we had to drive 10-15 minutes to find a place with sufficient data access to check with the host (who quickly responded and shared the code). It smelled musty for the first day like it may not have been rented in a while but cleared up pretty quickly.We snorkled daily in front and saw rays, lionfish, a turtle, and lots of other fish. A 16 minute (or 3m drive) walk up is cemetary beach with better snorkeling if willing to walk.All in all, we were happy with the property.

Great spring break!

We had an amazing trip! We loved staying here and it had everything we needed and more! There were toys for the beach and plenty of beach towels. There was even shampoo and laundry detergent provided. Fiona was very helpful and always quick to reply. Hope we can stay there again someday!

Incredible 7 Mile Beach Rental

This property is better than can be described. The privacy, peacefulness and abundant shade are all so hard to find. The property manager was very responsive. We loved the location on 7 Mile Beach - close to a grocery store and dive shops. We will definitely return to White Sands.

Amazing stay on Grand Cayman

This property has it all. It was very spacious for our group of 4 friends and the condo is clean and well stocked with the things you need like towels, sunscreen and shampoo/conditioner. We had a nice welcome basket waiting when we arrived and had no issues getting into the condo. It’s in the perfect location especially if you have a car. The beach behind the condo is really great and the water is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, again!

This was our third time staying here over the past three years and continues to be an amazing stay. Highly recommend for the location which is unbeatable. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Private Paradise

Five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Sands! The place was clean, we appreciated the basket of goodies, and it has everything we needed to make a memorable trip. Beds were comfy, beach is steps away, other tenants/renters were kind. Not a party place, which is exactly what we were looking for. I'd definitely return!

Second time staying

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. Condo was clean and well taken care of. Beach is great as always, we had some rough water for a few days but we were still able to swim. It feels like a super private beach because the only people you see are the few others that are staying there. Easy to get to and close enough to tourist areas but far enough away that you can relax. I’m sure I will be staying a third time!

Wonderful Cayman Experience!

This was our second trip to Grand Cayman, but our first time to stay further towards West Bay and we’re so glad we did. This property is perfect if you are wanting a place with more privacy. There were days when we had the entire beach to ourselves. The views are amazing and the condo was so nice, updated and clean! We will definitely be back!

Paradise

Amazing. Great place. Host was great, we had an issue with the AC upstairs and they got someone less than an hour to fix it while we were out. Great communication from them, always responsive. Amazing views and lots of towels available for beach and shower. We can’t wait to come back! 10/10

This condo was a perfect location. With the public beaches on either side, and only 16 units total, there was hardly anyone on the beach. At times it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Fiona was great at responding when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

Simply amazing again

This was our second time staying in the condo and it was great again! The location is the best on the Seven Mile beach – away from crowds, but close enough to everything. Condo is very comfortable, very well stocked. Fiona and Mike are amazing hosts. Wifi router stopped working the day before Christmas and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we are not left without internet for the holidays. This time we rented a peddle board and kids had endless fun with it! Can’t wait to go back!

Family Trip

This was our second stay at the property and it was absolutely perfect. The owner's communication is extremely timely and helpful, while the condo on the beach is absolute paradise. We visited as a family, with a young child and grandparents, for the second time, and I'm sure we will be back again.

Best spot on Seven Mile

If you love peace and quiet in a spectacular location, this is it. We felt like we had paradise practically to ourselves. Loved it!
