The perfect family getaway!

I cannot express how wonderful this property was for my family on spring break! The house setup is perfect for a multi family vacation destination. The beach access is so close and convenient for a nice stroll! The family really enjoyed the heated pool, which was maintained while we were there to ensure everything was working and cleaned as expected. We will definitely be back for our next trip to PCB!

This place is so close to the beach it’s crazy. We enjoyed the beach and pool every single day of the trip. The beds were comfortable. So many great food places within walking distance or a very short drive. Cantina Del Mar is an absolute must! 4 king size beds. Everything you need.

Dune Our Thing is the perfect place for a large family. Everyone had their own space but we were also able to all be together if we wanted to. The location is so close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and so much more. However, the best part was the location to the beach. You will often read on other rental homes that the house is just a few short steps to the beach and it never is, but not here! The walk to the beach access was less than a minute.

Home was beautiful, very convenient with close walk to beach which was nice with little kids! View from upstairs balcony was perfect! Only flaw was the floors not being as cleaned, lots of sand felt on them when we even first arrived.

The best ever property for our annnual off-season family gathering! Not a tourist in site, bonus ocean view across vacant lot, easy beach access! Exceptionally expansive open living/dining/cooking area, perfect for entertaining ourselves. Morgan responded quickly and graciously to our TV questions which then magically resolved themselves! We hope to return next season!

Awesome house in great location!

Loved the house and location!!! Pristine clean when we arrived. Loved the proximity to the beach and having the pool close by!! PCB can be hectic and busy, but this area is a perfect oasis from that. Close enough to enjoy the vacation fun stuff but more privacy on the beach than you'll get at a highrise! FYI- Convenient upstairs and downstairs master suites. Beds both comfortable. The other two bedrooms and the bunk area share the other full bathroom. Another 1/2 bath downstairs. This was a perfect setup for our family! We will be back!

Family fun just steps from the beach!

We've been going to the PCB area for years and years, and this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. It's located perfectly between two beach access points. Both are a very short walk away on a small road that isn't busy at all. The beach was very quiet and not packed at all, plus there was a volleyball net right there. At the property, there was plenty of room for our big family. There is a very clear view of the beach off one of the second bedrooms that we enjoyed. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. We absolutely loved having the private heated outdoor pool and outdoor shower! Plus, it was dog friendly and we got to take our pup along for a wonderful beach vacation!

First Company Trip was a Success!

We are a bookkeeping company out of Texas and booked this house for our first company trip. There were (3) couples and (3) individual females. They had enough chairs for everyone. They are the situp kind, not laydown but they worked great! They fixed the outside shower for us. We turned it on and it just stayed on. They got it done quickly. It is very close a beach access. Book this house. You will not be disappointed.

Can't beat the location!

Pros: * Such a great place in the most accessible location! We were steps away from Beach Access 9 and it was a VERY doable walk. * Lots of room for the ten of us to spread out! The bedrooms were all of awesome size with plenty of closet space. The den/kitchen area was very spacious! We had fun putting together puzzles and playing games at the dining table that fit all of us! (Rarity!) * Loved having our own personal, private pool! (Though very chlorine-y!) * Loved having a front porch, back patio, and balcony to chill out on! * Going during the 4th of July holiday week was 100% worth it! FIREWORKS FOR DAYS!! * Great AC/fridge/appliances. * Impressed at the starter kits of consumables - that area is usually lacking in condos/houses. * Ample parking for our 3 vehicles (plus cousin visitor parking one day!) Cons: * The cookware is somewhat lacking. In trying to cook each night for 10, I could've used more of the larger dishes to bake with. * As stated, there were 10 of us - only 8 forks. I was constantly washing forks. :) If a house sleeps 12, maybe starting with 12 forks would be great. Minor problem, I know, but the only thing I complained about daily in the kitchen. * The bunk room needs a curtain or something. The first night, the teens in there got zero sleep from the bright lights turning on in the night from the bathroom. The next night they hung the comforters from the top bunks to keep the light out. * I don't know if it's a Florida thing, but we took quite a few photos and videos of roaches around the property. Especially the outdoor patio by the pool. * We went to grill burgers and dogs on the 4th and both gas tanks were empty at the grill. Not a problem - we went to Winn Dixie and got another one, but just an inconvenience. (We were reiumbursed...no biggie.) * The main doors (front and back) have heavy wooden-slatted blinds on them that if secured, might be MUCH quieter. They are pretty great noisemakers going in and out. * We were offered a few more nights to stay via text and when I replied back to ask them about it, no one replied. We definitely would've stayed 1-2 more nights. We would DEFINITELY come back to this area again and are already planning it for a few times next year. But, after seeing a couple of the other units (identical floorplans) next to this one, we might try one of those. But, we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this one if the others were rented. Our Party of 10 had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is easily the best beach house vacation home that I’ve lived in. The place was quiet and literally on the beach. My 2 year old, my wife and I along with two other couples and their kids rented this place during thanksgiving 2021. Every bedroom in the house was huge and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked 3 out of the 4 days we lived here. The house is conveniently located and is close to all the major attractions and restaurants. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was worth it - the kids had a great time. The house also had a gas grill which we used during our stay. The service was prompt as well - we had a couple of issues on the day of thanksgiving and they were promptly resolved.Great place overall - highly highly recommend it. I wish this would be available next time i revisit PCB.

Wished there were a bit more consumables like detergent, soap and toilet paper. Makes it inconvenient to go buy all of those items when you are on vacation especially when your are renting a home. I would give the cleanliness of the home 4 out of 5 only because there was a lot of sand on the main floor when we first arrived and a lot of the sheets had staines on them, now I’m sure they were washed and the staines didn’t come out but it was a bit unsettling to see them.

Quick Getaway

We were able to rent this property two days before we were to arrive. It was everything we needed including allowing two small dogs. There were good reviews, as well. The fee to allow the dogs was a bit pricey, though, It was just three short minutes to stroll to the beach. We easily parked two cars and a minivan. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and it and the rooms were spacious. We had a child doing remote learning who was able to access the Internet. There were restaurants as well as supermarkets and the restrictions were not stifling. The only issue was that the first floor bedroom had a window in the bathroom that was uncovered and allowed the next door neighbors to look down into that bath
