The ENTIRE staff is so kind and helpful! They truly care!

Our family came with our black lab to explore the Olympic National Park and Dungeoness Park. Our stay was fabulous! They thought of everything! Free breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and tons of pastries! They have free snacks and water available ALL DAY! The pool and hot tub are well maintained and open to kids until 10 pm! There was a big dog walking area, too! Any time we had a question or need, the staff (from the janitor, to housekeeping, to the front desk was cheerful and responsive! Best service we have ever experienced in a hotel!

I would not book this for a reunion or other event. It is an average hotel with no handicap access to upper rooms. I booked thinking i would have dogs with me and my companions cancel. I was not offered a refund on the pet fees. I felt the rate was very high for the property
