Wonderfully comfortable and well appointed home. Ed was quick and efficient with communication and has created a relaxing and welcoming place to stay. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
Enjoyed our short stay in Chattanooga. Property was clean, roomy, central to great activities/dining, and in a lovely little neighborhood. We loved the many extras including books, games, albums, etc. Excellent communication with host. Look forward to returning soon.
Edward is a great host. Communicated quickly and allowed my friend and I to arrive 2 hours prior to our scheduled arrival time. Very clean. Not a fan of 34 steps but that can be overlooked. Great stay overall
The location was great, easy commute to the attractions and the nice places to visit near town and downtown. House had everything that you needed for the staying, beds were comfortable. Just the bathroom showers/tub needed some updates. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful, great communication. It’s highly recommended.
This little home was in the perfect location for our Chattanooga getaway! We got in our cardio workouts with the stairs a few times a day, which we needed from eating all the ice cream from Clumpie’s, lol! There is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. The owner was quick with communication and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for your hospitality, Edward! We appreciate you!
This was the perfect house for our family of 5, close to everything and in a quiet, clean area. The house is so cozy, we had just what we needed for cooking a few meals there, and it was very clean and tidy! Lots of good books around if you forget your own! The beds are very comfortable! We will definitely book again the next time we’re heading to Chattanooga.
My family was traveling to the area for sports and we were rained out the first day. Ed was very responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early since our activities were canceled. It was a lifesaver for our trip after a long drive to have a clean and welcoming place to stay, small touches like quality shampoos and nice kitchen equipment made it feel like home.

Thank you so much for the kind words and for staying with me and I am so glad you felt at home. See you next time!
Came from Michigan for a climbing trip with some friends. Owner was very responsive with any issues /questions we had including making adding an additional night to our stay very easy and swiftly resetting the lock code when the initial one wasn't working. Would recommend!
Very unpleasant experience. Smelled like mildew throughout and we left immediately after arriving. Was on the phone for hours trying to get situation rectified, owner held 300. Had to find new accomodations last minute.

Just to clarify, this guest never stayed at my property as the reservation was canceled. While VRBO informed me that I was not required to issue any refund per their policies, I chose to refund the guest for all but one night of her stay.
