Our entire bayfront home in Reeds Beach sleeps up to 15 across two full floors — six bedrooms, four baths, two kitchens, and two living rooms — making it ideal for multiple families or a big group reunion. Step right out to a quiet beach on the Delaware Bay, take in the sunset from the decks, and spread out with room for everyone.

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in the hidden gem of Reeds Beach — the entire two-story duplex, yours for one big group. Each floor has its own open-concept kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and two baths, for a total of two kitchens, two living rooms, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms. It's the perfect setup for multiple families traveling together: connected enough to share, separate enough for everyone to have their own space. The home sleeps up to 15 guests plus 2 infants, with 55" smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout.

Especially great for families with little ones: the home is stocked with 2 travel cribs (with attached changing tables), 2 baby monitors with 4 cameras, 2 booster/travel high chairs, 2 sensory pod swing chairs, plus toddler building blocks and beach toys.

Comfort year-round: The 2nd floor has central air conditioning and the 1st floor has mini-split AC and heat, so every space stays comfortable in any season.

Entertainment: All TVs are signed into Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and the ESPN app, plus hundreds of free live channels through Prime Video (specific live games and events can't be guaranteed).

Outside, you'll find off-street parking for 4–6 cars, decks on both levels right on the water, and two outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach. Just steps from the door, a quiet section of Reeds Beach sits within an expansive nature preserve — watch for dolphins, migratory birds, diamondback terrapins, and horseshoe crabs through the seasons.

Other things to note:
Our home is over 130 years old, full of the character and charm that comes with a historic bay house. We've thoughtfully updated it for comfort, but like any home of its age, it has a few endearing quirks from time to time — all part of the experience of staying somewhere with real history.

Because we're nestled in a protected nature preserve, you'll occasionally encounter insects — it comes with being this close to unspoiled nature. We keep up a monthly professional pest-control service and provide insect-deterrent candles and devices, but some bugs are simply unavoidable in such a setting, so we recommend bringing bug spray for outdoor evenings.

Our on-site fishing pier is currently closed for the season and will reopen after Labor Day, as township rules restrict construction work during the summer months. In the meantime, you can fish right from the beach just steps from the home — Striper, Flounder, and Weakfish are common catches from the sand.

For your security, there are exterior security cameras on the property (outside only). The beach next to the property has seasonally restricted access from May 7 to June 7 for the horseshoe crab mating season — an incredible sight to witness from the decks.
