THE EXPERIENCE:
This stunning 4400sq ft lake home is a spacious 3 stories featuring gorgeous lake views from all floors. Stocked with all the desired amenities and necessities to ensure your perfect lake house stay begins from the minute you walk in the door.
Enjoy the relaxing lake views all year round. Take the short walk into town to experience the local restaurants. Try your paddle boarding skills in the summertime and watch the kids swim off the pier. Enjoy easy cooking at home in the well stocked kitchen while the kiddos explore the secret play room! Gather round one of the many fireplaces and to play games and make memories with friends and family. Finish the evening in the hot tub overlooking the water as the snow falls.
Something about a day filled with the Wisconsin air, the water, and family that ensures everyone sleeps like a baby (or maybe its just our super cozy bedrooms).
Centrally located between Milwaukee and Madison, right off Hwy 16. Walking distance to several local restaurants, including the Golden Mast.

Home can easily sleep 12 including the LL pullout sofa / air mattress.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main floor features a chefs kitchen, complete with a beverage fridge, dual ovens, gas stove top, stainless steel appliances, huge pantry, dishwasher, and all the amenities needed to cook at home for your group. Walk out to the main level deck to enjoy the morning glow over the water or the nightly sunset.
Also on the main floor is a full laundry room, mud room, half bath, living room and dining area.

THE PENTHOUSE:
3 BRs | 2 Full BAs.
Primary BR : King Bed, Walk-in closet, Full Bath, and a wall of windows overlooking the lake.
Queen BR: Comfortable Queen bed, Closet, Dual nightstands, and desk/vanity space.
Bunk Bed BR: Queen Bunk Beds comfortable for kids and adults alike. Attached kid-approved bonus room, stocked with games, books, and a great place for fort building. Bunk room and hallway offer access to the full BA.

Lower Level:
1 BR | 1 BA.
Saved the best for last?
The lower level offers another full Bath, Queen Bedroom, living room and wet bar. The living area opens up to the 3 seasons room, which boasts another fireplace, TV, and lake views. The 8X8 private hot tub is directly outside the 3 Seasons room and overlooks the water- perfect for relaxing on a cool evening.

OUTDOOR:
Multiple patios and spaces throughout the property offer peaceful outdoor lounge spots with a lake view. We also have a 3 seasons room, fire pit, grill, hot tub, peloton bike, and free sunsets!
Watch the leaves change around the lake during Fall- a gorgeous site! Try your hand at ice fishing in winter.
Lake country area is filled with beautiful parks and walking trails to explore!

LAKE TIME:
Okauchee Lake is a 1200 acre lake with a max depth of 90ft. There are several restaurants and bars you can pull up to from the boat. You will enjoy it all on this lake - good for swimming, tubing, fishing, ice fishing or cruising! There are many fun canals to explore and beautiful houses to admire - plus 4 different lake bar/restaurants you can arrive to by boat!
For summertime lake enjoyment, you will have access to 2 inflatable SUPs, kayaks, and a water lily pad. A variety of life jackets are on site. Feel free to BYOF (Bring your own floaties).

BOAT DAY:
Enjoy renting our pontoon, or bring your own boat!
Rent: An 11 person pontoon boat is available to rent during your stay, with multi-day discounts available. The boat is docked at the house pier for your convenience. Please message for more information!

Bring your own: The pier can also accommodate one spot to tie up if you’re inclined to bring your own boat. There are several public boat landings on the lake to launch your boat.
