This is an exciting neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife. A short walk to The Historic Pearl and Downtown. I personally live in this property and offer it to guests when I go out of town. The area is absolutely beautiful and full of fun places to make lasting memories.
What makes this property unique
This 1928 property has the charm of an early 20th century home while having modern comforts such as central head and A/C. It's decorated in a fun Mid Century Modern theme and reminds you to get out and enjoy the beautiful city at every turn with the San Antonio themed artwork on the walls.
