HOME FEATURES: This 1,696 sq ft stylish 3rd Floor newly renovated Condo(top unit with elevator access) has 3 bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It is located at the award winning resort community of Bayside near Fenwick Island, DE. The home offers amenities such as a gourmet kitchen with eat-in space, dining area, family room with gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms, several large HDTVs, additional tv's in every bedroom, laundry room, plus a screened in porch, assigned parking and plenty of on site overflow parking.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES & FEATURES: This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, fitness center, outdoor tennis, pickleball, basketball, stocked ponds, crabbing, kayaking, SUP, nature trails, and The Freeman Stage at Bayside (hosting a full slate of summer entertainment including live dancing, music and children's programming). Also included is a beach shuttle that travels between the community and Fenwick Island State Park that is available during the summer season. The Bayside Health & Aquatic Club is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment!
RECREATIONAL PASSES: Passes are an additional cost. However, you don't have to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase only for those who'll be using the resort amenities during your stay. Passes cover all resort amenities with the exception of golf. You can purchase either a 3-day pass or a weekly pass. Children under 4 do not need a pass but must be supervised by someone who has purchased a pass.
Rates are as follows:
3-day: $65/per person
Weekly: $115/per person
LINENS: We will supply mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters, however, you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels . There is a washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. If you wish to rent linens please call Gale Force Rentals at 302-539-6244 or check out their website at: https://www.galeforcerentals.com/GaleForceRentals You should make linen rental arrangements prior to your trip.
SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS: The home is a simple three minute drive to a Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox Pizza Den’s restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds, all located at the entrance to Bayside.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The following is prohibited in our home. *No smoking. *No pets and/or service animals. *No candles. *No furniture can be brought from renters into the house. *No shoes to be worn in the house except the foyer(area next to front door).
