We had a great time at this property. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked ! We spent time inside and outside and loved everything about this house. Conveniently located and the owners were so nice/easy to work with. Definitely recommend this stay for groups.

The house was very nice. Plenty of space for 10 people. The pool area is great. Beaches and downtown are a 5 minute drive and easy to get too. Great spot for visiting Amelia Island.

Great location

The house was just an overall lovely stay! Due to some rain the pool was a little murky, but Elizabeth resolved it immediately and had the pool company out within an hour! The location is top notch, we were less than 10 minutes from everything we needed and very accommodating for families. Will definitely consider booking again!

Our trip was amazing! Fernandina Beach is a beautiful place! The house was amazing and also has 2 bathrooms. The listing is only 1 bathroom. The pool was a great bonus, but needed a good cleaning. The house was very clean and the hostess left some very nice gifts for the Bride to Be!

Great home with easy beach access

The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for our family. It was nice being in a neighborhood and so close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and found parking at beach access 29 without any problem. We loved using the backyard pool. Only recommendation would be to have a 2nd garbage can since it is picked up Monday. By the time we left on Saturday morning it was completely full. I would recommend staying here. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more! If you're looking for the perfect spot to just relax and not be distracted by outside noise, this is the home for you and your family!

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique backyard, compared to most properties in the area. You have a large outdoor area, with full privacy. - String lights set the mood and turns the patio and outdoor seating area into a cozy entertainment space - There is enough outdoor seating to accommodate 10 people - Rocking chairs next to a wood burning fire pit -Giant pool for the whole family - Gas grill to grill up your favorite meals. -Complimentary beach towels ~Living room The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 55" smart TV can be seen from the couch, kitchen, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies. Free high speed Wi-Fi – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the living room and dining area all at the same time. The island has barstool seating for two guests, which is just a few feet away from the dining area. Eat dinner overlooking the pool and backyard light up at night if you chose to go outside. ~ Master Bedroom The bedroom has a 47" TV allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down in your king size bed. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. This bedroom includes a full length mirror and and oversized dresser. ~ Guest Bedroom 1 & 2 Both rooms have extremely comfortable queen size beds with bedside alarm clocks, USB charging ports, and plenty of closet space to unpack for an extended stay. ~ Guest Bedroom 3 This room is ideal for families traveling with children, that want a little more privacy from the rest of the group. This room has bunk beds that have queen size beds. 42" TV perfect for the kids to hook up their game counsel and play games on rainy days. Inside the house, there is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure.
