The home was amazing. The moment we walked in the door we felt like we were at home. Jana was wonderful to work with and so responsive to anything we needed. I would highly recommend them for your vacation.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions regarding the hot tub, nighttime pool lights, and tvs. We loved the beautiful and clean home. The pool and whirlpool were wonderful, and we saw lots of fish, birds, and even an alligator and stingray swimming in the canal. The saltwater pool provided amazing buoyancy for our two year old granddaughter to swim in.

Jana was a wonderful, responsive host. The house was gorgeous and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and easy to control with a tablet. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our visit, the house fit our family's needs perfectly

My family enjoyed the house, the pool, and the hot tub. The kitchen was perfect, and we like to cook, so having the correct pots and pans available was great.

Great time!

The house was great and fit our needs great! House had plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of dishes! The pool was a blast for the kiddos and the outdoor grill was great! Thank you for a great time!

House is beautiful - loved our stay

This house is lovely. Described perfectly and would stay here again. We came with our dog Brandy (allowed for extra fee which was reasonable!) and had a lovely time. Salt water pool is a nice + and backed up against a quiet canal. 5 stars!!!

Fun family weekend

Thank you for accommodating us this past weekend. Every summer, our family comes together to spend quality time, and your home was exactly what we were looking for. The pool was amazing and relaxing, and the kitchen and BBQ grill were perfect for cooking for the whole family. We leave with wonderful memories and hope to come back next year! Stay blessed!

Not honest

Check In was not informative. Jana talked about her own experiences. The main thing I asked was do we need to be worried about being taken advantage of. Her response was oh no! Well, I texted her about certain things that were broken and never heard back from her. One of the issues was the pool. We had to fill it up at least every other day. So when the pool man came for the cleaning I asked him why I had to fill up the pool so often. His response was It has a leak…he told me they were informed of the situation. So we were heating the pool and when you put cold water in what do you think happens? Yep, the heat never shut off… in return our electric bill was the highest she ever saw! When I suggested that we would get a break on the electric bill. She went off on me saying you’re just getting back to me on the leaky pool. No, I texted you and never heard back from you. She also told us the beach towels were missing and a top sheet of bedding which how do we know if they were there. I was going to rent next year for a long time but, I can only imagine what I would have to replace next year??? Also, if Jana didn’t tell us more than once “This is a brand new home. “ In which wasn’t true. You go on Zillow it shows how old and when it was sold. I would suggest not trusting her!

Unser Aufenthalt in Cape Coral war Traumhaft, das Haus war wunderschön... bis auf das der Pool immer etwas grün geworden ist. Aber durch die tolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden.
