Spacious Modern 1 bdr Near Mountains & City

Recently renovated modern basement unit, 850 sq feet! Deep windows flood the space with natural light. It has a separate entrance and I live upstairs and rent it out when I am away.

Enjoy a luxurious Saatva brand queen-size mattress, medium-firm. There is a dining table and a couch that pulls out to fit up to two additional people.

20 mins from SLC Airport, 30 minutes to Park City/Alta/Brighton, and 5 minutes to trailheads!

Great Spot!

Would highly recommend this stay for anyone coming through SLC! We loved it, our dog loved it, and Evi was a great host!
