Exclusive Single Family Home, private, electrically heated pool, close to beaches.
3 BR, 2.5 BA, 6 people, garden, covered outside dining area.
You will find 3 bedrooms, a living room with separate dining space, 2 bathrooms and a powder room distributed on 2 stories. In the living room, there is a fireplace, a Smart-TV and free WiFi. In the pool area you can dine and relax under a covered seating place, your food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, juicer, slow cooker and much more. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer and in the 2 car garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
There is a pet fee of USD 50.00 per week plus 13% taxes.
The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

Great location - close to Venice and Sarasota, beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, and great golf. House had everything we needed and beds were extremely comfortable. Sabine was very responsive.

Wonderful property

Well kept house with lovely pool and deck.The beds were extremly comfortable as were the sizes of the rooms and bathrooms.The kitchen had plenty of matching dishes and tableware, as well plenty of matching glasses (I mention this because it is not always the norm).The towels were fluffy and large, as were the beach towels.All in all the best vacation rental we ever stayed in.

Simply a perfect stay

There is not much to say, our stay here was simply amazing. The house is exactly as described, ideal location between Sarasota and Venice, quiet neighborhood. Nothing more to ask for. Sabine was also very helpful and responsive at any time. All in all an excellent vacation home. We’d love to come back in the future!

Perfekt für Familien

Wir haben zwei fantastische Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern in dem Haus verbracht und waren absolut begeistert! Der Pool war wirklich toll und das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Es gab auch Fahrräder in der Garage mit denen wir herrliche Ausflüge in den nahegelegenen State Park und zum strand gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei. Wir würden definitiv gerne wieder kommen.

Werner and I just recently sold our company 342 Vacation Rentals which managed about 40 properties. Bayside Paradise and Creekside Paradise are our private houses which we decided to keep as vacation rental as we do have so many returning guests asking for it. We own property in Florida since 2003 and eventually moved to Florida in 2012 (Sabine from Germany) and 2016 (Werner from Switzerland).

Why they chose this property

It is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beaches of Siesta Key and Nokomis. Grocery stores are just around the corner, so are the cultural highlights of Sarasota and Venice.
