You are 18 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 5 minutes from Falcon Field Airport and close to target, grocery stores, salt river (amazing for paddle boarding, kayaking and tubing) and so much more.

This is in a beautiful gated community with 3 parks, trails, pickle-ball and tennis courts and two salt water pools.

Whenever you are relaxing in the backyard or pool, you will have beautiful Mountain Views.
