Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and safety guidelines. Failure to sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There is also a camera facing the gate in the back yard and one in the garage. There are no cameras facing the pool or any interior areas.

We had a great stay in this Gilbert, AZ Vrbo! It was perfect choice for relaxing stay while in town for our son's wedding. So glad we switched from staying in a nearby resort where there would have been lots of people, noise and parking issues. Pool was heated to our desired temp, parked in garage, and neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the places we needed to be! Loved our stay here!

This house had everything we needed for our family of 5. Quiet, safe neighborhood with multiple parks within walking distance. The heated pool was perfect for the children. We very much enjoyed staying Serenity Haven. The location suited us perfectly, the house was in excellent shape, the kitchen was well equipped and the neighborhood was very nice. A weeks stay in February

We were very pleased with our stay in this beautiful home in Gilbert. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet, and had all amenities we needed and more. We liked being located a little out of the busy Phoenix area, but also for our travels north and south Arizona. We had the pool heated which was nice. My only recommendation would be to have some additional lighting by the pool in the evening. I would highly recommend this home to our friends and if ever in the area would choose this lovely home again.

5-Star Home w/Pool

Senior couple from WA State, stayed for12-nights. Great house, super clean and fully stocked. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We seniors like warm water, so we requested the pool to be heated to 90-degrees. Steve, the host, had it ready for us when we arrived. House is located about 4-miles from the Mesa Gateway Airport and the 202 freeway. Lots of restaurants & shopping close by. Steve was great to work with. Just a quick phone call away. We will defiantly rent this home again if we are in the Gilbert area.
