Quiet condo tucked in the back of the Hideaway Valley Association. Plenty of room for friends and family to make memories together. This end unit has two decks and backs to the Offield Viewlands. Bring the kids or grandkids because there is plenty of room to stretch out in this 4 bedroom, 3.5-bath condo with a walkout basement.

Hideaway Valley is surrounded by conservatory hiking trails and is located just 5 minutes from Harbor Springs, where the picture-perfect town awaits you. You can relax and stroll the shops or enjoy watching boats come into the harbor. Within10 minutes, enjoy historic Petoskey and Petoskey State Park. Petoskey has a charming Gaslight Shopping District and the State Park allows you to enjoy crystal clear waters and sand beaches. Or you can enjoy the bike ride along the miles of trials from city to city. Mackinaw Island is only 30 minutes away as well. With so much to do, what are you waiting for?

Mid week ski trip

Great location for skiing Highlands and Nubs and dining in Harbor Springs and Petosky. Condo was clean, lots of space and equipped kitchen!

Family ski weekend

We had a great stay at this Hideaway Valley condo. We have stayed in this community before and returned for the size of the condo and proximity to ski resorts. The unit is very spacious and the walkout basement with an additional bathroom is a plus. This unit is very nicely updated with a well appointed kitchen and lots of windows to enjoy the outdoor scenery. Communcation with the owner was excellent.

Hideaway Condo

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family ski trip. Plenty of space for the adults and another living space in the lower level for the teens to escape to. The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. Condo is less than 10 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. We will definitely go back.

Family ski weekend

We recently completed a wonderful family ski weekend staying at this condo and skiing Boyne Highlands. The property has a spacious and wonderful floorplan for gathering with family. The location is fantastic with a short drive to the slopes. We are very happy with our rental choice. It was a key part of a great weekend of family fun!

Winter Getaway

Lots of bedrooms and baths was a plus! The only thing wrong was the outside light wasn’t working. Great location for skiing and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great location for family fun

Super close to nubs knob, about 36 minutes from boyne mountain, we skied both. We spent one night at the recreation restaurant about 10 minutes away and played pool, pool, and arcade games it’s a great place. There are trails perfect for cross country skiing about a half mile from the condo that was the best part! The trails go through the woods and overlook lake Michigan with a spectacular view.

Family Color Tour 2024

We absolutely love this property. It’s clean and comfortable for our party of 6. Michael was good at communicating with us. The location was a great home base for our trips to Petoskey, Hart, and Harbor Springs. Highly recommend and if all works out we would stay there again.

checkout experience

The overall property was good except for a broken toilet seat in an upstairs bathroom and it kept running. What our group of five all agreed on was the checkout list in the condo was in our view an issue. We were charged a clean up charge in the original cost yet we were asked to. Empty trash to an outside dumpster, was dishes, remove sheets from bed. Really , the reason we rent is to enjoy our vacation and not do chores. Heck I could stay home and do that. Or I could go to a hotel and not do anything. If you want guests to do this don't charge for clean up, up front. I will have to think about using VRBO again. Gerry

Great Condo

Everything was wonderful, except for one little issue. We found almost all the towels and wash cloths in the dryer. We have never rented a place that didn't have towels hanging in the bathrooms. Additionally, we could only find 6 washcloths. Since there were only two of us, we managed ok. Everything else was great.

Great family house

I stayed with my two sisters, brother in law and niece and we had plenty of room. The house is partially upgraded but overall the house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The house is in a great location between Petosky and Harbor Springs. If we come back to this area we would stay again.

Perfect for family

We truly enjoyed the quiet and privacy. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I would recommend to families. Plenty of room for everyone and close to the activities we enjoy while staying in northern Michigan.

Great for family

This condo has plenty of room to spread out It is a secluded and quiet place, yet close to many popular destination. We had a few minor issues. Mike responded right away. I would rent again. Our family of 10 all had a great time.

Loved it!!

We traveled with an extended family group ranging in age from 19 to 73. This house was the perfect layout for us as far as sleeping arrangements & open areas for spending time together, while still having plenty of space for privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms was great! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows & blankets. Well stocked with extra soap, detergents, cleaning supplies & paper products if any supplies need refilled. Extra fans in the closets if needed. Well equipped kitchen & the house was extremely clean. The host replied immediately when we needed to contact him for anything. Having the attached garage was a nice bonus. We didn't have time to use any of the amenities like the pool, tennis, or basketball courts. We'll definitely return here in the future if we're in the area!

This is our second condo at hideaway Valley. We sold our phase 1unit and purchased this phase 2 unit in 2022. We love skiing and purchased this condo, so we can spend the weekends in the winter doing our favorite family activity. During the Summer, we love the beaches, restaurants and activities the area has to offer.

We love Hideaway Valley because of its great location between Harbor Springs, Petoskey and the ski hills. The Offield Viewlands offer beautiful hikes and some of the best sunsets can be seen by the old clubhouse.
