🏊‍♂️ Indoor Pool
-The pool is heated to 84–86°F, and the pool room is maintained at 82–84°F depending on the season.
-This is a heated swimming pool, not a hot tub, so please don’t expect hot tub-level temps (100°F+). These temperatures are optimal for system performance year-round.
-Please do not adjust any settings—our pool company monitors and manages everything remotely.

🔐 Check-In & Entry
-You will receive a 4-digit keypad code before check-in for easy access.
-No pets allowed at this time—thanks for understanding.

📝 Rental Agreement & Security
We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement and provide a credit card hold for a security deposit, similar to a hotel. The hold is released after your stay, provided there are no damages.

🐻 Wildlife Awareness
-The cabin is located in bear country!
-Always lock your vehicle and the front door—bears have learned how to open doors.
-Never leave food or trash outside. Always use the bear-proof trash bins provided.
-Improper trash disposal can result in wildlife encounters.

🧻 Supplies Provided
We get you started with some basics:
-A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
-Dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand soap, dish soap.
-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower.
-For longer stays, we recommend bringing additional paper products and trash bags.

☕ Coffee & Essentials
-Dual coffee maker (drip + Keurig).
-We supply a variety of coffee pods, ground coffee, creams, and sugars. If you prefer a specific blend, feel free to bring your favorite.

🛁 Towels & Laundry
-Bath towels are provided for use inside the home—please don’t take them outside.
-You’ll find one spa/pool towel per guest.
-A washer and dryer are available if you need to do laundry.

🚗 Parking
Parking for 3–4 vehicles, depending on size, is available in front of the home.
No street parking is permitted by the HOA.
🎥 Security

For your safety, there is a security camera at the front entrance only.
Please do not tamper with or unplug it.

🗑️ Trash & Pest Control
Always dispose of trash in the bear-proof bins provided—never leave it outside the bins.
A pest control service visits 1-2 a month, but as this is a mountain home, occasional bugs may be present.
