Great beach house close to dog beach

Great location to the beach. We had a dog with us and we were located 2 close beach accesses from the dog beach. Loved the house and shower outside to easily clean the dog and ourselves after the beach. The beds and sofa were very comfortable!

The place was great and as advertised. Super clean upon arrival. Wonderful location and beach home. My only complaint was right before we traveled to the rental, the property manager notified me that we would be having a mandatory fire department inspection during our stay. Since we brought our dog, we were uncomfortable with this. We also are spending a lot of money to go on vacation and don't want to deal with unwanted visitors and being disrupted. The property manager refused to accommodate my request to change the inspection to another time. I spoke with VRBO who was ready to offer a full refund. The property manager was able to change the inspection instantly after word that VRBO was going to offer a refund.

Loved this pet-friendly property near dog beach and Pier Park

Wonderful house across the road from the beach. Perfect location and pet-friendly! Beautiful interior, easy access to the beach and ocean views from the balcony. Also close access to Pier Park—which kept the college kids happy and occupied!

Great location. Clean and cute townhome

We stayed here for a long weekend over spring break. The town home was clean and had a nice set up. It was very pet friendly, right across from the beach access and close to the dog beach access. It was nice to be within close walking distance to pier park. Yes, front road can be loud and have a lot of traffic but that just comes with being in Panama City. If we come back to PCB we would stay here again.
