★★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★★

- Master Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, with a six-drawer dresser. The trendy wallpaper is a huge hit with our guests! We constantly get compliments on the mattresses we provide - the Zinus memory foam mattress is the most recommended mattress by short term rental hosts.

- The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. There is also a dresser and large closet for storage or hanging clothes.

- The 3rd bedroom is a pass-through bedroom. This means you need to go through bedroom #2 to enter. This bedroom has a full-size Murphy Bed (memory foam mattress, of course!). The murphy bed allows guests to fold the bed into the closet when not in use for additional space. The stylish décor turned this into one of our favorite rooms in the unit!

Our Port Washington-themed mural was professionally created to give you that IG-worthy feel! The egg chair serves as a modern design and something you may not use everyday.

-Completely remodeled in early 2023, this kitchen is the perfect spot to cook your group meals. The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all appliances/cooking essentials.

You will receive our digital guidebook prior to your arrival. This guidebook should answer most questions and also give you the best insights into local hotspots, restaurants, and activities! I am available to answer any questions before, during, or after your stay to make sure you have a five star experience.

Other Notes:
No smoking inside the unit. If there is an obvious smoke smell, a charge of $300 will be passed onto the guest who booked.
No pets, sorry.
The upper unit is also listed as a short term rental. This means there will be guests/tenants upstairs. Some foot noise may be heard from above. My family of 4 lived in the lower unit and it never impacted our sleep or livability!
The driveway is shared with the upper unit guests, but each unit has their own dedicated parking spaces.
