Apartment Near Magic Sands

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Our garden-level duplex apartment is an 8 minute walk from Magic Sands beach! Enjoy everything sunny Kona has to offer--we are only 20 minutes south of the airport.
This two bedroom, two bath unit features everything needed for a relaxing Hawaiian stay. Our kitchen is fully equipped and a dedicated washer/dryer is provided.

The apartment is the lower unit of a duplex with a family home on top unit. You will hear noise from children, a dog etc. upstairs during your stay. This unit does not have air conditioning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, clean feels new, extra bathroom for others in your party, well equipped kitchen to cook almost any meal. The room I used was very comfortable at night did not feel I needed AC. Host was very helpful making sure are needs were met. Location was excellent easy access to the beach, roads in or out of town, bus stop if need be. Had a very pleasant stay.

Great stay near the beach and close to Kona

We had a fantastic stay! The host was easy to communicate with and super helpful. The apartment was well-equipped for cooking and spotless, with a good Wi-Fi, making it feel like home. Although the soundproofing could be a tad better it wasn’t an issue since we spent most of our time out exploring. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Good location!

Clean property at a great location, near by to beaches and all activities on the west side of the island. Only caveat being lack of ac at the property and being on the first floor could hear noises from upstairs.

Had a great vacation!

The house was everything as described. We had an amazing and peaceful escape from the sub-zero temperatures in our hometown. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and our daughter loved the beach toys that were available. It was just a few minutes walk to Magic Sands where we walked nearly every evening to watch the beautiful sunsets.
