May beach trip

Not our first trip to the area and won’t be the last! A short get away for a few days. Great trip & beautiful weather! Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and it was very clean and comfortable! Convenient to the beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. Pool pass was available to guests but we didn’t get to go this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Quick drive to restaurants at Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach and Calabash. Fantastic screened-in porch overlooks the 9th hole green at the Maples course. Very comfortable and relaxing.

We love this place! We needed a great place to stay for my daughters 16th birthday!

We needed a place to stay for my daughters beach trip for her 16th birthday! We loved the place the location was great to the beach and the pool was great . Also the condo was truly a great setup and well put together the beds were comfortable. The owners were amazing to work with and they were so sweet to put a cake and a card in the kitchen for my daughters birthday 😊 I would definitely say we will be back to this great condo!

Home away from home!

This place had it all! It was like having a home at the beach! You had everything you could need dishes, cookware, utinsels, dish washer, and a washer and dryer, not to mention 5 minutes from beautiful sunset beach and very clean. Will be scheduling my next year beach trip very soon!

Quiet Beach Getaway

Condo was conveniently located in a very quiet area. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened in balcony while having coffee in the mornings, as well as on evenings after a day on the beach. The location made it easy to be at the beach in just a few minutes, as well as head out in the other direction to restaurants and shopping. Hope to be able to return soon!

Nice place!

I enjoyed my stay at the Brock’s condo! It was super clean and everything looked brand new. It was a short trip to the beach and pool areas. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and prepare meals. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us. I loved the screened in balcony too!!

Peaceful Family Getaway

Condo was beautiful and very clean. We loved the screened-in balcony with a view of the golf course. The owners were very easy to communicate with and left a sweet note welcoming us. Lots of parking at the beach, even on the days when we took our time getting over there. Close to several other towns as well. We visited Myrtle Beach one evening for dinner and mini golf, and Southport one of the days for a boat tour. Great family trip!

Great value for a beach stay

Our family of five enjoyed staying here to enjoy Sunset Beach instead of paying island prices. Lovely trails, a pool in walking distance (Village Activity Center and its pool were under renovation during our stay), and a great view of the golf course which meant great people watching during our morning coffee. Kitchen doesn't have any storage space beyond the fridge, so best for folks who want simple meals or intend to eat out. Beds are soft and hotel-quality crisp. Perfect as a quiet place to start and end the day.

Sunset Beach

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. They had a cute little welcome note waiting on the table for us. It was very clean and such a cute place to stay. The owners of this place are awesome, they were very quick to respond with any question we had. Very quiet and peaceful. We usually stay North Myrtle Beach area often and go on a regular during off season when places are a little more affordable but we may have just found a new favorite spot. We will be back and highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful home. The condo was clean and the host was incredibly responsive. We had one tiny little maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately, and the maintenance man was even awesome. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with cookware, the amenities were great, and the beach is super close. I 10 out of 10 recommend this condo for a vacation at the beach.

Fantastic hosts with a fantastic home to share!

We love Sunset, NC, and have been many times over the years, therefore, we have had many different accommodations in the area. This location trumps them all! Parking was spacious and plentiful, so no walking long distances to your room. The interior and exterior of the complex were clean and well-kept. This particular condo/villa was clean with everything in working order and stocked with the essentials needed to have a relaxing vacation. The screened-in balcony was a favorite place to hang out for the family in the evenings, but I loved it for coffee in the morning as well. The complex was quiet and we had no issues at all from other tenants. Clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Above all though, were our hosts. They were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. If you are headed to Sunset I would highly recommend booking this location! You will not be disappointed!
