Guest Access:
● Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Getting Around:
Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
Pet fee is $150 per dog. Please let us know how many dogs you are traveling with so we can share the appropriate fees.
Guests are required to register with A Pocono Country Place at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
● $75 FEE for late registrations. This will be charged to the guest if registration is not completed in a timely manner.
AMENITIES PASSES: We provide guests with 5 badges that are good for 5 people for the entire stay. In case the badges are damaged or lost, we will charge $30 per badge for replacement. If there are more people in the group, guests can purchase additional amenities passes at the office.
ADDITIONAL PASSES FEE: $12 per person per day for guests 3 years old and above. Infants under 3 are free of charge.
Please note, the community fees are not our fees as the host, but fees the community requires for all guest registrations to help cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at A Pocono Country Place.

Lakes and pools are not open daily and are subject to change due to staffing and weather.
IMPORTANT!
● We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity and the state government may shut down lake access statewide without notice for your safety.
● To enter the community, you will need to stop by the Welcome Center with your driver's license and vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay.
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
Kindly be aware that occasional sightings of ants, spiders, and field mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. Given the rural setting of the Poconos, we strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability.
Wander Home requires that all guests are 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.
For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Weis Markets, ShopRite, ALDI, Walmart, CVS

There are 4 security cameras located on the exterior of the property:

● End of the driveway, near the street, overlooking the trash area
● Right corner of the front deck, facing the driveway
● Left side of the house, overlooking the mechanical equipment
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
