Welcome to Villa Teal Paradise — a stylish vacation home set on a wide freshwater canal in a peaceful corner of Cape Coral, just next to the fairways of Coral Oaks Golf Course.

For golfers, the location is hard to beat. Coral Oaks — one of Cape Coral's most popular public courses — is practically next door, so you can be teeing off within minutes of leaving the villa. Not a golfer? You'll still love the quiet, leafy setting that comes with living alongside the course.

Step out back and you'll find your own private oasis: a heated pool and spa, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ — all framed by the calm waters of the canal. It's the kind of patio where breakfast drifts into lunch, and lunch into a sunset cocktail.

The open living area is built around a plush sofa and two recliners, flowing into a fully equipped modern kitchen ready for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The villa sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms, with an additional den that brings capacity up to 8 — ideal for families with kids.

A wonderful place to Stay!

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Location is perfect. Quiet area and everyone around is so nice. We will definitely stay here again. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Florida!

Enjoyable!!

Top rating! Very clean; very well furnished both in furniture and extras. You can cook or bake anything (and grill). Any utensil you needed was available. Equipment was available for bike riding, hiking and beaching. Pool and accessories were all clean and usable. We could have moved right in. It was hard to leave at the end of two weeks.

Teal Paradise is a good option.

Home was beautiful and had ample space. We had several glitches with the pool so we missed a few days using it. Also a breaker flipped and the frig didn’t run until the breaker problem was solved. Some communication issues with check in, definition of a security fence around the pool( there is not one)- there is a cage on outside of pool), also rented cribs-, but they were actually pack and plays. We would consider staying here again but only is there was the option of a security fence around the pool for safety.
